The self check-in was easy and worked well. The room was spacious for Japanese standards. There's a washing machine in the apartment and a coin laundry below for drying the clothes (if the weather is not suitable to dry on the balcony). The staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot my tablet and they sent it very securely packaged to my next hotel.

The property was superb. In a quiet location close to the street car stop. The early check in made it so much easier for us. Walking distance to the A-dome site. Hiro the owner was fantastic always answering our questions which made our stay so much easier. Thanks so much again Hiro you have been excellent.

Lots of room for a large group and we really liked the location. Many restaurants walkable distance! Nice to have a kitchen and living room space to spend some time after being in hotel rooms the rest of the time we were traveling!
