The location is excellent very secured. I saw both unit 4 and 2 the both of them are lovely but unit 2 was fabulous the place is very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The pool on the rooftop it's a blast lovely view up there and very private.

Location - great. Under an hour from Montego Bay. Easy drive to Kingston as well. Plenty of attractions around under 20 min drive. Few free, nice and clean beaches towards Dunn River.
Safety - perfect. Security at the gates. The property has cctv. Quiet area, no noisy neighbours. The loudest noise was on Sunday from the ice cream truck LOL which btw sells amazing ice cream.
House - might look small on the pictures but it’s spacious with two large bedrooms with separate bathrooms.
It has all the facilities needed. Didn’t have a single thought about “wish it could have this or that”.

Very satisfied with the villa and the location.....was a little concerned initially that l had to park outside but it turned out fine...The cottage is tastefully put together ....l was not disappointed at all...quite pleased.
This is a lovely villa a stone's throw away from a stunning and uncrowded beach (I actually had it to myself several times). There is a small public fishing beach around the corner with a couple of lively bar and eating options. Given how resort-centered so much of Jamaican tourism can be, it was nice to be able to support small businesses owned by locals. We also really appreciated having Althea's services: she's a great cook and we got to try home-cooked Jamaican dishes!
Althea was amazing! She was very attentive to my family and I. She prepared delicious breakfast and traditional Jamaican dinner. Another plus is that the villa was very clean and smelled fresh when we checked-in. The villa is beautiful and in a great location just a few steps from the beach.
