We enjoyed staying in lovely Sermoneta in this beautifully designed home. The attention to detail, stone walls, etc was amazing. There is ac in all three bed rooms which we really needed in 104 degree heat! We found the kitchen/ living room to be quite large and when we opened up all the windows and doors, there was plenty of cross breeze to make us comfortable. There is also a room downstairs similar to an office that had a bed/cot perfect for my nephew. We didn't know we would have a balcony which was nice! We loved exploring the tiny town with narrow, winding cobblestone streets and eating at the many restaurants. We had a van and did not want to drive it into the town, but it was only a 5 minute walk with suitcases. You are allowed to drive in and out to drop off luggage, but visitors cannot park inside the town. We found plenty of free parking right outside the gates. Everyone was very friendly there, but not many English speakers, so we used a lot of hand signs. The owners always responded to all of my questions right away and even helped me book Covid tests. We went to Nina Gardens and a little water park which were both close to the home. There is a large square outside the home and many children enjoyed playing here until midnight on several nights. I think it was because it was too hot to play during the day. If you go to bed early, you may need earplugs. We definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay was wonderful. There is a stunning large patio with a beautiful view that we would have breakfast on each morning. We also loved sitting in the little garden with the fruit trees. So peaceful. We loved it 💛

We enjoyed the house a lot, it is very cosy and authentic. The garden is full of fruits. I felt like in paradise, eating fresh figs every morning the weather is comfortable, it not hot or humid like in Latina.
