We liked literary everything. The location, the stairs taking you up and up again to a wonderful terrace with view on the Marino roofs and the sea at the horizon, the discovery of the rooms and the little details that make this place a location with a beating heart where you will feel welcome and at home from the very first moment. Beautiful studio apartment. It was spotless with a comfortable bed. A simple breakfast was also provided. All facilities including a small kitchen were available. It was 50 meters from a bar at which we watched the sunset.
NB Do not drive into the old town’s island, go into the car park at the port (to the right) at the end of the bridge from the new town. €100 fines (+ car admin) if you do. Park in the free white spaces in the port.

This is a newly renovated spacious appartment, beautifully decorated to a high standard. The large roof terras with outside shower is a bonus. There is a large free parking area around the corner but be careful where u park on Saturday as there is a market. The owners are very helpful and generous, responding quickly to our needs. They welcomed us with delicious local pastries and provided typed out tourist information along with other tips. Galatone is a good place to base yourself to explore the Salento region. Fabulous beaches 15 mins away too.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. We got a bigger apartment than the one booked. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The apartment had the original furniture, without many modern things, since the owners try to keep everything as it was in 1600 (yes, this is the age of the whole Villa! - pretty amazing, right)
The garden around the house is wonderful, the area is quiet and perfect for some days to relax. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The staff was super friendly and welcoming, we had an amazing time! Such a beautiful villa with amazing views and facilities! We could not imagine finding something even close to this awesome with this price😍 Recommend if you are traveling with a car!
