The villa is beautiful and has a gate straight onto a lovely gently sloping beach. We had a total of 9 people including kids and were very comfortable. It has everything we needed and is well maintained. The plot is large, feels secure and everyone we dealt with were very helpful and responsive. Really very, very good.

Everything was ABSOLUTELY perfect! Amazing communication with the host, Kim, and the villa manager, Silvia :) They were very accommodating and provided a lot of help to organise our wedding celebration. Stunning grounds with beautiful trees, plants and flowers, all beautifully designed to give an overall effect of harmony. The villa was glorious, interior decorations were interesting and tasteful, and careful attention had been given to detail.The building had so much character. The sea view from the room was breathtaking. The location was great - you can walk (uphill) to the centre easily and get to the beach very easily indeed via short tunnel. The hosts were very lovely too.
This piece of heaven is truly an amazing retreat, the beauty is all around you at all times, with great healing energy, amazing and welcoming people making you feel at home right away. While you are surrounded by nature and fantastic views.

The location is great, 5 to 10 minutes walking from the beach. It was also easy to reach the old village of San Felice Circeo. Is close to one of the finest café of the village.
The best were all the facilities made available for kids: there was a baby-chair, plates and cutlery in plastic, many toys outside and inside. There is a nice little garden where kids can play, with a lemon tree and an olive tree.
Excellent location - the villa is absolutely beautiful with fabulous grounds overlooking the sea. The hosts were so welcoming and made sure our stay was perfect.
Liked everything about the stay: the home is spacious, clean, equipped with everything you might need. There is even a wood-fired oven for pizza lovers.
A big thank you to the hostess Sandra, who made our stay as comfortable as it can be, and gave a lot of tips and recommendations where to go and what to do. We felt very welcomed there, and enjoyed both the villa and the town.
