Prior to and throughout our stay we were in contact with Mario who handed over the keys and walked us through the property to show us the gas meter, boiler location etc. Mario gave us benefit of his local knowledge so we were able to prioritise out trips, and gave us a bottle of his homemade wine which was very good! Mario was the perfect host and the property has everything you need.

Paradiso di Sara is really a paradise. Located in the mountains with an amazing view. The accommodations is lovely furnished with attention to detail. Sara is a wonderful host.

Nice room in a quiet villa with a big yard and birds singing. The lady taking care of place is very helpful and nice. The room has been renovated with modern bathroom and good bed.

The owner of the house, she was so sweet. She knew I was coming with son and she gave him some little gifts, and brought cookies for him too. She was always available if I had any queries. The WiFi in the house was a luxury, super fast.
This was a one night stop for us, so it was very convenient. The apartment was beautiful and felt very luxurious, and there was plenty of room for four adults. The beds were extremely comfortable.
The room was excellent, like a home! Luxury beds and bathroom, everything you might need is available, also things like showergel and shampoo. Kitchen was good, with diswasser/washingmachine/food/drinks/espressomachine/microwave/nice choice of breakfast to get you started on your day in Reggio Emilia. When entering the building I couldn’t find where to go to but via W’app the owner responded right away and voila. Read the messages on how to and you’ll do just fine. Very nice lady!
Beautiful old italian villa, extremely nice owner, who made amazing breakfast just for us. We were not even able to taste everything she prepared, because there was just too many things - bread, pizza, yoghurt, croissants and many more.
The apartment is in a quiet street not very far from the bustle of the city. The space is so calm and cosy. Everything has been refurbished to a really high standard. A small, practical kitchen area, a comfortable bed in the eaves, where there is also a super bathroom with the added luxury of a bathtub under a roof window. Dafne is a wonderful host. She very kindly let me check out late, and nothing was to much trouble for her. Highly recommended!
convenient location and easy access to first floor apartment. lots of restaurants, pizzerias and coffee bars in the vicinity and 5 min to beautiful historic town center. Definitely recommend the coffee shop right outside the apartment- excellent coffee and pastries. Apartment is decent but don’t expect luxury. Ideal for solo traveler or couple.
