We are happy that we have chosen such a nice and very quiet semihouse in Contignano. It is strategically nicely located on the hill, from which it is easy to reach Pienza, San Quirico d’Orcia, Radicofani, Bagni etc. The house has a sitting-dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, two TV sets, a study with a table spacious enough for two computers. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The house is surrounded by a nice garden where we drank coffee. There is a free private parking nearby. The wi-fi speed was enough to work with internet comfortably. We are grateful to Giuseppe for a nice welcome. He awaited for us, explained everything and gave some advices on sight-seeing. We are certainly come back and stay here.

It's a really wonderful house. Located in the outside of a small village, it was calm and very comfortable, our family of four fully enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. The landlord is very kind and responds immediately if there are any issues/questions. Some other comments mentioned that a 4WD or a large vehicle is necessary because of the gravel road to reach to the house, but a nomal car is fine if you drive slowly. If we have the chance to come again, we would definitely love to stay here.

We wanted to start our Italy trip immersed in a beautiful peaceful nature in Tuscany. This villa gave us this and more. Pictures don’t do justice to this place. Hosts Enrica and Carlos were so helpful, provided yummy breakfast every morning and gave us invaluable history lessons about the area. First class hospitality, most beautiful landscape, super comfortable beds, luxury showers. If I ever come back to Tuscany, I will choose Casa al Maestro in a heartbeat.
The house is very central. The owner was friendly and communicative, he and his brother met us as we arrived and told us about the apartment as well as what we can find in the village.

Radicofani is also a very nice village and definitely deserves attention.
the gentleman that worked reception and breakfast was fabulous and kind and helpful, he changed our phones helped with luggage. he was very kind. breakfast was lovely and rooms lovely. and what a fantastic village.
The location and staff are nice just like the room and its equipment. Everything is there to have a comfortable rural Italian holiday. It was very warm at night but the staff arranged for a fan which was a great service! Swimming pool is very nice and beautiful views.
Radicofani is a cute charming village not very touristy so that was nice and authentic. The surroundings are not the most beautiful side of the Val d'Orcia however.
The location is great - Radicofani is a beautiful village. The apartment was clean and had everything one needs - except a kettle for those who might like tea - the gas stove and a metal jug does work too so not really necessary. Tina was very reachable via WhatsApp which was great.
The host was very welcoming and kind. Property is well located just at the end of the most gorgeous village you will ever see and my room had a balcony.
