Very nice house complete with many comforts, fortunately this house was exactly as in the pictures and we had no nasty surprises compared to the previous experience! Leonardo followed us from the beginning of our booking by contacting us and giving us all the best information to make the most of our holiday in Sardinia. Cozy and well furnished, nothing is missing and we already miss the truly unique atmosphere we experienced, especially at sunset. The rooms are nice and spacious, the bathrooms new and well sized. Going down to the beach is a matter of seconds and you don't have to take the car every time. This house will always be our holiday home in Sardinia. The accommodation is beautiful. It is in a great location, beautifully and stylishly furnished, and has a lovely garden. It's wonderful to be in this place, but it's also very nice to explore the island from here. So many beautiful beaches and villages within a 15-minute distance. 100% recommended, and if I visit the island again, I will definitely check if this holiday home is still available.

Very nice flat on the first floor of a cosy little building. Position is great, main amenities all available within walking distance (swimming pool, supermarket, Bar, ATM, tabac, fishmonger...). With a nice and easy walk, you are right at the port of Porto Rotondo. Totally worth to visit. Elisabetta was very nice with us, very helpful and always available to help whenever possible. I would definitely recommend! Thank you!

it was within walking distance of many beaches cafes and restaurants. parking was not an issue and free - very nearby. a free bus was available to all beaches. the terrace got the morning sun. air con worked perfectly as did the hob and coffee machine. the gardens and pool were beautifully kept. we received a great welcome from Elizabeth. the local bus runs from the airport regularly at just 3 euros. we loved it all!
