Location was great for the F1 - it is a residential area so you do need some kind of transport or you are happy to catch a taxi, hire a bike...
The unit was well equipped and very clean and tidy and cool.
The hosts are amazing and went above and beyond... which was very greatly appreciated.

We had a lovely stay at La Casa di Brunina. Everything we needed was there. A real plus there is a garage for your car and don't need to search for a parking spot.
Nice fully equipped kitchen, a good functional bathroom, lovely bedrooms. There also is a cute little backyard. Airconditioning works great.
Also a plus there was a washing machine. My 3 year old had a little diaper accident, now we good was everything and hang drying outside in the backyard.
The host is such a sweet lady. If we had any questions she responded quickly. When we arrived she was there to show us the house. When we left she was there too. Bruna is very helpful, nice and easy-going. Thank you very much, Bruna.

Very nice apartment with a private parking place. It is not located near the tourist spot(in milan), but public transportation was good enough for the purpose. The bathroom is very clean and huge. Enough space for 5 people. A lot of things are prepared for stay. Fast internet and big television is equipped.

The hostess is great, very nice to communicate and help during the entire stay. But the most important thing is the house itself, which I think is really unique, very cozy, has everything you might need. Authentic furniture, a wonderful terrace create a very pleasant atmosphere. Very suitable for a couple, I think. Very close to the shopping center. All attractions are very quickly and easily accessible. Central station 10 minutes on foot. We were very satisfied!🙂

Apartment was very clean; modern but cosy! Great bathroom with excellent shower, pretty bedroom with comfy bed , attractive kitchen with good facilities and a comfortable sofa in the living room, which had lots of windows and a handy balcony! The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose it again if I return to Milan...

Fantastic villa to stay for a week. We wish this villa was in every city we go to. Host is excellent, friendly and very communicative and responsive. Check-in procedure via video introduction (due to late flight we could not make the agreed time for check in with the host); video was spot on and easy to understand. The villa is as expected from pictures, and perhaps even better. All you need is there and nothing to wish for. Fantastic experience, also due to the welcoming host.
In Villa Gio’s we had a great time, everything was perfect. The hospitality and the service was 10/10, the villa was 10/10 everything about it was 10/10. It felt like i was at home, everything was loveley we loved every bit about Villa Gio’s and the owners hospitality. I would recommend this for everyone 10/10 for sure.

A jewell in Monza. Elegant, classic, stylish, small but very comfortable and cozy. Like in the old days, A small sample of the golden era of the great hotels. Ans across the street of Parco di Monza and Villa Reale.
Very welcoming hosts. Beautiful spacious room, spotlessy clean and warm. Excellent breakfast. Great location 5 minutes walk from the centre of Monza and 10 minute train ride to Milan centre. Private parking available. Highly recommend. I will definitely choose Villa Tosati when I return to Monza/ Milan.
