This stay was an absolute treat. The hosts were so wonderful, they really made is feel like family. They recommended some local restaraunts that unfortuantly we didn't get to try. Thy were fun to communcation with eventhough it was mostly through google translate. The apartment was great, very roomy. It and had most everything we needed for cooking. We don't go out to eat often, so we need a well equiped kitchen. It has great views of the city below. Only a 5 minute walk to a small grocery store and a 10 minute walk to a large grocery store. The owners also run a mechanic shop down the street which is where we can park are car. Its a little bit of a walk to the shop, but very secure. We needed an oil change on our car and then engine light had been on for awhile which required a part on the engine to be replaced. They had it fixed the next day, this was a huge help for us.

Location was great. Beautiful piazza Lavagna outside. Good for the alleyways of Genoa. Close to shops , restaurants and bars. Owner was responsive when we had heating issues.

Lovely people, we arrived late, 11 pm and we were getting really concerned, as travelling with young children, I call the host, one lovely gentleman came to help us to get into the property, he took me to get pizza place to get some food for the family, helped me above and beyond, we loved the room.

good location, bus 1 min, train 5 min, supermarket, bars, beach 10 min walking, clean, a lot of space, well organised, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, clean bathroom with shower, pressure pump to have good shower, fresh towels, soap, Shampoo etc. nice balkony. 5th floor - some fitness when climbing there 😀, fresh air in the evening and in the night due to high floor location. in lower floors would be less pleasant & much more hot probably. good communication with the owner, security code io. key to enter, good tv channels, 3 bedrooms.

Neighborhood was very cute, and wonderful views. The house is just perfect for 2adults+2kids if it’s a short stay. Everything was super clean. Hosts were great. We booked the place quite last minute but they’ve answered to us promptly and were very helpful. There is a nice and colorful playground just around the corner, perfect for toddlers

Amazing location, amazing vibe, amazing rooms and incredibly nice people.
The Villa has a certain charme and it was a very special place to stay at. It seems like time hasn’t passed there. Enjoying a summer evening by the balcony or a very nice breakfast in the garden felt just like a treat.
Great quality for great prices. Enjoyed the half board with great choices of menu different everyday, the staff was always very happy to help, family-like stay.
The breakfast was quite generous. The location was amazing, în a village in the mountains, with clean air, birds chirping, relaxing surroundings. The host is extremely nice ( thank you again, Nicole, for your help and everything). We had a very pleasant stay.
Beautiful, very comfy apartment. The host was really generous with little things like leaving snacks, coffee, tea, water in the fridge. We've been travelling to 6 places in two weeks and this was definitely the best place in that regard.
Having access to gym facilities and being so central was also great.
The shops in the vicinity were incredibly cheap so this is definitely affordable luxury.
Amazing location. Modern appartment - stylishly furbished, with every comfort you may need. Great view, two luxurious bathrooms and two bedrooms. Conveniently located above a hypermarket which also serves great breakfeast and offers secure parking.
Everything. Romina greeted us and explained everything. She pretty much treated us like her own family. Her apartment is super clean, the towels and bed sheets were clean, hi quality and everything was luxurious in the apartment. One of the cleanest apartments we've ever stayed. This should be an example of what other people should do.
