The location is very comfortable, 5 minutes walk to the centre of Cesena. There is a very nice garden, although due to the time of the year there were many mosquitos.
The facility had everything we needed, the owner is very nice and helpful and even organised us a baby chair. It's very spacious.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
Rooms and facilities were generally more clean than expected. Village was relaxed and atmosphere was good. Close location to the town and beach was a bonus. All in all an enjoyable stay!
We stayed at Villa Italia for 2 nihgts, and we really enjoyed it. Starting with the overall design all the way to little details ( free bikes, list of reccommendations). Very kind and forthcoming staff. It was a faboulous surprise in Cesenatico.

CESENATICO was a surprise, a very pleasant one! What a beautiful town and Villa Italia complimented it magnificently! The property is modern, beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. The staff was amazingly helpful from the time I made the reservation until the time we checked out. The canal and restaurants are a five minute walk. I highly recommend it if you are anywhere in the area.
Good 3star hotel, close to the beaches but without sea view, clean and adequate room, clean bathroon with window, even a small balcony, varied breakfast with both packed and hand-mad stuff. Friendly staff. Not a luxury accomodation, but I recommend for the good value for money.
Breakfast was good, we were located in the annex villa and the steps were a bit of an issue for me as I am awaiting treatment for my knee, however, we arrived late due to traffic issues And we're offered a late meal even though the restaurant was closing
