Everything 😊. The property is beautiful with lots of places to relax. The pool area is lovely with lots of lounge chairs. There are activities like playing billiards, ping pong or tennis on the beautiful fenced in court. The room itself was so lovely and well decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even the linens felt lovely. But the views. Oh my. The owners also have a restaurant close by which is well worth going to. The food was well priced and delicious.

Superb place with gorgeous little garden with sunset view. Location just inside the town walls but away from tourist crowds. Great walks from the property in and around beautiful Assisi.
