The place is really beautiful, well equipped and clean. Price is very decent and the location is nice. in around 7km one is able to reach the Lake however due to the weather we did not manage to make the most out of it. Host is very friendly and helpful and he provided us with wine, coffee and directions and recommendations of restaurants.

The villa was very nice and clean when we arrived. The check in worked perfectly and Fabio showed us the house. Fabio is a really nice and friendly man who was always there to help if we needed something or had a question. Awesome hosting and very clean and beautiful house. The pool was also clean and useable the whole time. I can just recommend the villa and Fabio as a host, it was an awesome vacation!

Fabio is one of the most kind and understanding hosts we've ever met. He was waiting for us in the apartment as we were coming from Firenze and didn't know the exact time of our arrival. We really liked the master bedroom with its own bathroom. The apartment is very quiet. The beds are very comfortable. We parked our car in the nearby street. Pavona was a very safe location. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing for Rome. When we parked the car in Rome near to the river Tiber, the glass of our car was broken and our bags were stolen with all the keys and documents. We called Fabio and he kindly came to wait and opened the apartment door for us even though it was almost midnight when we finished all the report at the Police station. Fabio gave us another pair of keys.
