Amazing location and a great villa, with great food. The hosts were very welcoming and the service staff was exceptional. The property is very clean, with spacious rooms and a villa for 10-12 people. Also, the food prepared by Sushila, the chef was amazing, they agreed to provide us with some custom food as per the needs of the kids, which was quite nice. We also had access to kitchen gas to heat the food, prepare milk, etc.. They provide all the meals (really good food) as needed (lunch, evening snacks, tea coffee, dinner, and morning breakfast), hence you need not worry about food at all. The views from the villa are amazing surrounded by mountains and the view of the sea's backwaters. They have a garden with pool so you can have a nice sit around with tea coffe , also they have a open terrace to enjoy the views. The place can switch you off from the city's noise, is calm and pollution-free. Also, Kashid beach is 15- 20 mins from the villa (depending on traffic conditions). I would love to come back to this place again!

IT WAS PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. I WAS BOOKED YET THE HOST DIDNOT PICK UP THE PHONE FOR 2 DAYS. AS WE HAVE ALREADY PLANNED, WE HAVE REACHED ALIBUG. THE LOCATION SHOWN ON BOOKING.COM WAS WRONG. WE TRIED 10-12 TIMES MORE TO CONNECT THE HOST, LUCKILY THE HOST PICKED UP ONCE. HE TOLD US THAT HE HAS NOT CONFORMED ANY BOOKING. AFTER REQUEST AND TALKING ABOUT MY KIDS HE HAS TOLD ME THAT HE HAS ANOTHER PROPERTY. WE DONT HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE BUT TO GO THERE. THE PROPERTY WAS NOT READY. THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN. THE SIZE OF THE PROPERTY WAS GOOD. THE AMBIENCE WAS OK. THE SWIMMING POOL WAS PATHETIC AS IT WAS NOT CLEAN, THE MAJOR ISSUE WAS WATER. WATER IS NOT COMING ON 1ST FLOOR. THE CARETAKER SAYS ITS DUE TO THE PRESSURE PUMP WHICH WAS NOT INSTALLED. THE PROPERTY WAS NOT READY .. ICING ON THE CAKE WE DISCOVERED SMALL SNAKE IN THE BATHROOM.....REALLY PATHETIC AND HORRIABLE EXPERIENCE. JUST TO ADD, THEY TAKE 10K (refundable)AT THE TIME OF CONFIRMATION OTHER THAN THE PAYMENT OF 15K FOR ONE DAY.

This is the best property I have ever been in my life. The caretaker was too helpful. From pre check in to check out everything was so perfect. The view is just amazing from the room and also the villa is well maintained.
Amazing stay. The villa is right next to the serene nagaon beach, you hear the sound of gushing waves in the villa itself. The structure is really well-built and organized. The meal was tasty and straightforward. The Caretaker And his group were excellent at attending to our needs and were extremely adaptable, particularly when it came to the children. We had a great time vacation and will definitely be telling our friends and family to return to Aquamarina. Many thanks!
Really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. Locality was quite peaceful. We are a family of 11 adults & 3 kids were quite happy with the 5BHK setting, which satisfied our needs. The swimming pool was neat and clean as well. Caretakers were always helpful whenever we needed anything on the go. Overall a pleasant stay for 2 nights. Thank you :)

We stayed with our family at this villa, really the best place to stay. Nice ambiance and cleanliness. Best part is beach is at walkable distance from the villa. It's huge in size, very big swimming pool, huge play area outside. It was really a wonderful experience.
Amazing place to spend good time with family. Beach is at walkable distance we took our car on the beach and had great fun. It's 4 BHK villa with spacious interiors, outdoors. Pool size is also very big. Caretaker Nilesh is well trained to take care of guests. Clean, spacious rooms, washrooms were clean. Best part is food served, Nilesh's wife cooked food for us, and it was really good. Highly recommended.
We loved the villa !!!! It was quite near the nagaon beach !!!! Nd the staff was amazing !!! The lunch over there was exceptional !! Do try out there breakfast ….. nd the ambience of the villa was amazing… i would recommend all my friends to stay at this villa only …clean and tidy rooms .
Care taker is excellent. Breakfast was included in package and it was very very tasty. Dont go by pics on website. Actual villas and site is way better. Very nice and peaceful location. Cottages are nicely designed with ample space, neat and clean.
