I booked this beautiful property by Jadecaps, they were very prompt with all my queries and helped me with all the required information. The service was great. I highly recommend this property, it is a 3 bhk villa with 3 spacious bedrooms and an additional bed in the hall. They have active wifi and netflix too, Also the kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils cutlery, gas and aqua guard with basic ingredients too so you can cook hassle free if you take your own groceries. There is a caretaker if you need any assistance on the property
The pool is within the property which makes this property a great pick! The view is also spectacular. Good for large groups, both family and friends and I highly recommend the services of jadecaps!

It's an individual house or villa very much opposite to the Bogmalo beach, The location is calm and peaceful, This place is very much nearer to Dabolim Airport so people can arrive in flight and it's just 3.5km easy to reach this destination point villa. It's a must visit for family members . Maintenance was 100% clean. The owner is very much humble towards the visitors. It has 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 hall , 1 kitchen, washing machine, fridge and can even cook with the electric stove they have provided. I enjoyed staying in this place and it was surely recommended to others.

Had a Beautiful stay in Down Da Goa Village. I had visited Goa in Rain, but the vibe and positivity of the hotel is extremely Good and the view of the pool from my room balcony was amazing.
Can’t say any one thing about this villa starting from villa to caretaker, host , cleanliness, and nature everything is so so so marvellously amazing and excellent. Rohit jii & Animesh jii both are incredibly supportive responsive and polite. Can’t have enough words to describe. I will prefer rainforest every time while visiting Goa. Nothing no luxury hotel or resort can be more comfortable and more relaxing peaceful amazing then this.
A perfect destination for staycation. I keep travelling to Goa very frequently for work. Seen many homestays and hotels but BluO Candolim was thoroughly exceptional. From Location to Luxury to Comfort, everything was perfect. This time I got my family with me so I needed a secure location and a home like home.
