Location is lovely. A bit outside town, so if in Dehradun for work and not familiar with the roads the location may not work. But as it’s set off and surrounded by nature, works either as a break en route elsewhere in the hills, or to simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings with lots of birdsong in the mornings and evenings it’s great.

This place is big scam . They will call you thousands of times to confirm if you will be coming , also they asked me from which car I am coming this property is scam . When i went to the property it was on the very bad location where there was no other property or anything it was very dangerous, Also the road was blocked I think it a scam by group of people to trap you. I was lucky that i was with 8 other people, so we managed to just sabe our self.
