This place is one of the nicest , best location and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern and had everything we needed to feel at home and was an easy walk to the Varca Beach. Also very close to the supermarket which was handy and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafés. Communication was great too.I would highly recommend this wonderful property.

I stayed at the beautiful villa. It has a kitchen for self cooking. Spacious living room & bed room.
The swimming pool is crystal clear. I loved the pool side dining area.
The rooms were okay , too small for a family.we were given 2 rooms at the back .In the other room there was no inverter backup .we had an okay experience at villa Barbosa.will not come Back again
A lovely gated community of villas which is a better alternative for a group of 6 or more members. The service from the staff, the facilities and access to rest of South Goa is excellent. We had a vehicle at our disposal which made travelling a lot easier.
We had a great stay at the villas for 3 nights. The staff: Naresh, Numa, Kumari, Pavitra, Tila were very attentive, courteous and polite. They treated us like family and catered to every request we had. Pools were always clean and they would clean it again upon our request. They made great homely food and took great care of us. Our kids had a great time with the adults and the kids at the property alike. We will stay here again and would like to recommend this place to all those visiting South Goa.

Located in an entirely peaceful area, surrounded by tall coconut trees and lot of greenery, this property houses six, 2 bhk villas, 3 on the ground level and 3 on the first level with balconies, plenty of space to park cars, a gated Banglow with cctv cameras, no hard house rules, with an accessible full fledged market, as rooms are equipped with cooking stove, refrigerator, kettle, cutlery etc. Close to Villa is the Southern Deck, which you must go to. The best part is 30 minutes drive to the Dabolim Airport Goa.

Duplex 3 bedroom villa , easily accommodate 6 adults and 3 kids. The host is so generous that he don’t charge extra if there are 3 more adults.
