A great house, great space. It was very comfortable, clean place to stay with everything you could need.
The location could not have been better, so much to do in the area. Being close to the hotel and leisure centre were an added bonus. The food in the hotel is excellent.

My husband and I stayed here with our son and daughter-in-law and their three children in August. All of the adults and children loved the house which was comfortable, very clean and well equipped for cooking family meals - essential when travelling with children.
There are two bathrooms with showers which worked and reduced pressure in the morning and after days at the beach.
The house is a short walking distance from Londis and approximately 1 mile / 1.6 km from the beach, Kelly's Hotel deli, restaurants and bar, Centra shop, pharmacy, Chinese and Thai takeaway, ice-cream and coffee shops. It's a quiet neighbourhood without a lot of nighttime noise and felt safe. There is adequate off street parking space for two cars alongside the house.
Bridget, the owner is friendly and approachable. When we got stuck on how to use appliances which are different from our own she responded very promptly to messages.
If returning to Rosslare I would stay here again and recommend this property to family and friends.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Waterford Castle Hotel Lodges. The staff were immensely friendly and helpful at the Waterford Castle Hotel when we checked in. The lodge accommodation is extremely spacious and has all the amenities you need for a very enjoyable stay, including spacious rooms, hair dryers, oven, fridge, indoor and outdoor seating areas and a microwave and toaster. We arrived with minimal supplies as we booked it quite late and there was instant coffee and milk in the fridge when we arrived. We grabbed takeaways from the clubhouse, which were great. The setting is absolutely beautiful with deer, birds, badgers, foxes and other wildlife including a wallaby. It was also quite thrilling having to use the ferry to get to the lodge.

Ann was a fantastic host. The property is located in a very quiet are and close to all the coastal towns. Great value for money. I would highly recommend and we are looking forward to staying again in the near future
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
This house is just ideal for families who want a relaxing home from home! It has everything you need and more. Perfect location, and every room catering to all tastes!! Anne is a true lady, who goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. All you have to do is park up and enjoy your break in this beautiful spot! Have to mention the beds and bedding, luxury doesn't cover it, we all slept like babies in the height of comfort! Looking forward to staying here again next year.
What a gem. Brookvale is first class, from home cooked apple tart on arrival to the breakfast in the morning, this is a beautifully decorated home from home offering the best of home cooking. .
Pure luxury with old style furniture in mint condition . Super comfortable with log burner in sitting room area with TV available to guests.
Great Central location for exploring the south east. All historic sites locally on tour route from Norman landing to buried cities.
Pubs/shop/chemist/hair 800m away.
Brookvale was lovely, we stayed the night before catching the ferry. Everything was perfect,. We were made very welcome , with tea and cake on arrival. You are not far from the village for pub/ dinner. I was travelling with a dog and it was very safe for him with walks at the back of property.
I would definitely recommend and will book again .
Had our own space, lovely helpful friendly hosts, made us feel at home. Beautiful gardens with interesting features, with local walks.
Close to a lovely wee village and local beauty spots, and restaurants.
Pauline is such a fantastic host. She is so warm and welcoming. She makes you feel part of the family. I would recommend anyone that is staying there to avail of the breakfast. Best nights sleep I have had in a very long time. Utter luxury. Pauline goes absolutely above and beyond
Ann's house, in the isolated countryside, is very lovely, spacious and fully equipped. Ann was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend it for a weekend retreat from city life.
Absolutely temendous B&B!! The host drove us into the village - only a short walk, but no pavement for pedestrians and dangerous at night. Wonderful home baking!! We will be back ....
