The location was amazing. Next door to the working lighthouse, the house had fantastic, far reaching views of glorious beaches and rugged headlands, with the inside being cosy and comfortable, and equipped with all mod-cons, except a TV and wi-fi, which we didn’t miss at all.
The colourful, friendly town of Clonakilty is a short drive away, and we were spoilt for choice when it came to wonderful places to eat.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
Margaret and Jim were the most welcoming and attentive of hosts. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our room was impeccably clean and the house was only a few minutes from both beach and the village of Rosscarbery. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much again Margaret and Jim (fingers crossed the Liam McCarthy Cup comes back to Cork this year!)

A lovely, quiet cottage just 2 mins walk away from the village center. Warm, cozy and easy parking. The host is very friendly, helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this property.
Hosts Margaret and Jim were amazing. They made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. It was like a home away from home. You can tell their hearts and souls go into this business.
The view from the room overlooked the beach and I could hear the sound of the waves as I rested.

Beautiful B&B with spectacular view over the ocean and just within 5 minute walk from the beach. Large bedroom, luxury bathroom and great breakfast in a wonderful dining room you would never leave! Jim and Margaret are the most special guest I have ever met, plenty of attention with everyone and ever so kind and funny. We really enjoyed our staying and wish to be back in their beautiful house as soon as possible! Highly recommended!!
