My husband and I stayed here with our son and daughter-in-law and their three children in August. All of the adults and children loved the house which was comfortable, very clean and well equipped for cooking family meals - essential when travelling with children.
There are two bathrooms with showers which worked and reduced pressure in the morning and after days at the beach.
The house is a short walking distance from Londis and approximately 1 mile / 1.6 km from the beach, Kelly's Hotel deli, restaurants and bar, Centra shop, pharmacy, Chinese and Thai takeaway, ice-cream and coffee shops. It's a quiet neighbourhood without a lot of nighttime noise and felt safe. There is adequate off street parking space for two cars alongside the house.
Bridget, the owner is friendly and approachable. When we got stuck on how to use appliances which are different from our own she responded very promptly to messages.
If returning to Rosslare I would stay here again and recommend this property to family and friends.

Loved this modern, very comfortable house in a fabuolous location for us..... only a short drive to Wexford and near the coast. Conatcted our host by Whats app and always got a freindly reply very quickly. Only wish we had longer there

Grounds, sleeping quarters, Geraldine was so kind and accommodating all the way through. Play area was great for the kids. Something interesting around every corner. Kids loved seeing the chickens visit and saying hello to the alpacas. Close to the lake. Close to the beach. Close to shops and restaurants and wexford town. Proximity the heritage centre in farycarrig was great. Brilliant spot.
