We stayed in Villa Bella for two weeks. In fact, the apartment exceeded my expectations. We are a family with four children, and we had an entire three floors of the house in the centre of the city, close to the beach. As a bonus, there was a nice roof terrace with a superior view over the old town to the sea. The apartment has many bathrooms, the kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are very comfortable, everything is absolutely clean. Aircon is available in all of the rooms. The house is in the old city centre, therefore you should walk about 5-7 min from the free parking area. The flat owners and host were extremely nice, helpful, and available 24/7. As a result, I’ll be happy to rent this house again next time.

This is the most comfortable house I have been in so far. It's very spacious. We have been there in a group of 7 people(5 adults, 2 kids). Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Downstairs is large living space with comfortable sofa, at least 60" TV, fully equipped kitchen, and huuuge dining table. There are practically no walls just slided windows which makes you feel like terrace is part of your living room not to mention that you can have it all opened and feel the summer air :) If this is not enough, you have a washing machine and a dryer. All is brand new.
The entire house is built from good materials. You can have a normal conversation downstairs and be sure that kids can sleep peacefully upstairs. Terrace is also quite big, allowing you to spend time with your entire family playing in the pool, which is heated. Driveway will easily fit 2 cars. Cherry on the top, is the owner who is very nice and helpful. He responds in seconds to any message I have sent him.

The villa is superb and very well and expensively equipped. Mark, the rep, was outstanding and provided a 5 star service.
Wonderful central location with a decent size pool and easy access to town and beach, yet quiet at night. The table tennis was a great hit as were the large screen TVs in all the rooms.

The resort is a beautiful, peaceful site. There is very good entertainment that is rotated around the various areas so you aren't subjected to noise every night. The buffet breakfasts and dinners have a wide range of various dishes, mostly Croatian. The villa is perfect for this type of resort.
Beautifully designed, spacy rooms, well-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms, hot tub on the terrace. Close to the breathtaking oldtown of Vrsar but still in a peaceful environment. A natural beach nearby can be reached on foot fairly fast, and there are several other beaches only about 5-minute drives away. Our hosts, the Lenoir family, were really welcoming and very helpful, their restaurant is also a must-try.
Altogether, we had a really great week there and we absolutely recommend the venue and the Villa Lenoir as well.

The location is perfect, near the center and near the beach. We loved the retro feel and decor of the villa and our room, entering the villa you go back in time a little. My mother and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa di Rose.
Location surrounded by green nature, Vrsar was a cozy village nearby, with shows every night and good walk by the sea. The mobile home was clean and quite new in good state.
Location and cove for swimming was beautiful. Having access to the small well stocked supermarket on site and lovely bakery was great. The superior mobile home was lovely, and the site was extremely clean.

The location is fantastic. The park is huge and the nature wonderful. And of course the freedom of naturism. Very quiet, very relaxing. Very friendly staff. Yes, the villas are old but they are charming and clean. So what if the wi-fi coverage is dodgy?
we stay at the older bungalow/villas on site . they are older in style but functional & offer a sunny inland retreat from the beach . food was plentiful & of a nice variety. staff were helpful & accommodation was cleaned thoroughly every day .
Very good location nice place. Good breakfast. The villas room could be nicer it need renovation I Think by this time. But we rather like stay there because of the seeside and dolphins.
