Beautiful location, Rastoke is a hidden paradise, and this place is basically the best location in the village. Very central, restaurants in 5 min, on top of the waterfall - what else you need? Waterfall is very loud, but if you close the windows - its really ok. House was clean and newly renovated, you have everything you need to your comfort.
2 rooms + living room - comfortable even for 4 people! Kitchen is well equipped, bathroom just renovated, totally new.
Getting the key was easy and we got some surprise cake from the lady by arrival, very nice - THANKS!

The house is beautiful. We enjoyed the outside eating area and using the barbeque attached to the sauna. We didn't use the sauna as it was a heat wave while we stayed. We were glad the house comes with air conditioning. It was all very clean and felt great. The town has a few supermarkets and restaurants a short drive away. Down by the river in Rostoke is an amazing outdoor swimming area with steps into the river , grass banks and pontoons at either end making the river into a swimming pool .

Wonderful house in the middle of nowhere, yet very close to Slunj and Plitvice. Everything you need is inside, even dishwasher and washing machine. Bedsheets and towels exceptionally clean, the house and appliances as well. You can feel, the owners care about their property and want you to feel like at home, the hosts even prepare a little surprise for you. We were staying just one night, but if we are anytime visiting Slunj or Plitvice for longer, we will definitely book again here. Btw. it is also ideal for bikers, as the house is more or less directly on a bike trail from Slunj to Plitvice.
The property might be a little more difficult to reach, but the hosts send a nice video instruction how to get there, also google maps point to the right location which helps. Be aware, last 100m of the road are unpaved and there is quite a big dip leading towards the house, it is drivable with any normal car, but some sportier cars with lower suspension might have problems.

Beautifully decorated, has all the basic necessities,, sweet & responsive host. The garden is lush and the gazebo is a great bonus. We spent a lot of time there enjoying the view. The location is great, within 10 minutes drive from Rastoke and Plitvice National Park. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. We love the fast food BBQ on the main street, 15 minutes walks from the house.

The apartment is in the heart of village, you can reach waterfalls in Rastoke and the beach by the river within 10 minutes. There are opportunities to take short trips in the surroundings.

The apartment is a stones throw away from Rastoke village. It's close to swimming facilities (river). The house has great facilities including an outdoor BBQ, table tennis and a fully equipped kitchen.
The location is SUPERB! You are are truly on a magical, fairy tale of a property. My little room was directly above the falls so I fell asleep to the sound of rushing water. Everywhere you walk around the property, you're surrounding by fairy gardens, blue water and waterfalls, a deep history of the village, cobblestone streets, beautiful landscaping, wooden bridges, and fairy lore. Find your "fairy name" associated with your birthdate and then walk through the fairy garden to find out which Croatian Fairy you are!
Very kind, helpful and pleasant hosts. Beautiful authentic, old home and garden, but renovated to modern standards. Picturesque village and countryside and it was nice and quiet. Everything you need is in the house. We booked two additional nights because we loved it so much!
Nice and cosy small room with balcony, stylishly furnished with all what you need right where you need it. Walking distance to the center of village with the shops, bars and bistros as well as easily reachable Rastoke waterfall spot by foot or by car in couple of minutes. Up to half an hour drive onto the Entrance1 of Plitvicka jezera.
Hosts were very friendly and helpful, providing all the info needed to have after arrival.
Good choice for a short stay on the way to Plitvice and further to the cost.
