We were a party on 7 (one 7-month old and 6 adults), the villa was spacious and had very good equipment for cooking meals etc. The pool was very nice, on the terrace there were enough different sun beds, also there were enough towels. The hosts had everything necessary for the baby - high chair, bed etc. Location was very nice, on the hill top and with a great view, only couple of other houses nearby.

The place is perfect!! Hosts was very helpful during all our vacation. They showed us everything in the house and were very understanding about our private time. It is recommended to travel by car, as there is a lot to see in the surroundings. Also, very private and clean villa!

just for info.. you are not renting the entire villa, but only the lower apartment (3 bedrooms) in a semi-detached villa (4 apartments in total), the upper apartment is occupied by the owner, the owner was nice, helpful, quiet, we didn't even know he was staying there, we had good luck with the neighbors in the other half of the villa, a young family, so also no problem with noise... so we were satisfied in the end

This house is localized in stunningly beautiful place, just by the sea. It is a little remote, but for us that was a big plus- quiet and peace (we rented the whole house). The last 2 km of a road is unpaved, but our fully loaded golf station wagon with two adults, three kids and roof box onboard made it with no problem ;) Host is communicative and friendly. Summer kitchen makes a great retreat even on the hottest days. Nearby beach is small, but there were not many people there and it is fun to snorkel. Nearby restaurant has tasty and fresh menu.

This accommodation was disappointing. We were expecting a 5 bedroom villa. It is not one villa, rather seperate rooms built around a common pool area. Whilst this was not necessarily a problem, it was not what we expected. The rooms are tired and in need of maintenance. Loose door hinges, window blinds that don’t work, shower screens and clips for shower screens missing. Not what we expected for the price we paid. On the positive side, the pool, terrace and view were amazing. and this is where we spent most of our time. Also worth mentioning the road into the property is narrow and steep. Not ideal for large vehicles. Regardless we had a lovely stay and Rogoznica was a beautiful place to visit.

Quite part, walking distance to the sea and small stony beach for kids. Fresh fish was available in close by village (bike or run 2km) away. Amount of people very limited and nice walking path around coast made running or walking very enjoyable.
Villa Bilic was perfect - location, facilities and the host. We are so satisfied with our stay here.

Everything about this place was amazing. The apartment is in a small quiet village, so if you're looking to escape in to the nature this place is for you. It has a big terrace + a private roof balcony, both with panoramic views over the sea. The place was also really clean & the hosts were super friendly. The nearest market is just a 5 minute drive away and the nearest beach is around 10 minutes of walking away. Would recommend 100% !
Literally the best accomodation I've ever been in Dalmatia! Clean and well equipped appartment with an amazing & huge sea view terrace. Great villa! The sea is nearby. Fully equipped. Live even better in photos. The fridge is full of cold drinks. Lots of fruit and snacks.

Villa Palas Apartments is a good choice for those looking for affordable accommodation in a beautiful seaside location. If you don't mind the air conditioning being in the living room, poor wifi and the slightly difficult access to the sea, you will enjoy a pleasant stay here. Parking for small cars is available on-site, but larger vehicles may have difficulty finding a spot. However, if you are looking for luxury accommodation with perfect service, then this is probably not the right place for you.
The hosts were really welcoming, the room decorated with quality furniture and accessories and the location was in the hearth centre of the small village but not too loud. Amazing view and very comfy bed even though it was a bit small.
