We stayed as two families in two apartments: the family suite and the studio. The apartments were very nice, bright, and cozy, and I believe they were refreshed not long ago. The terrace was also very cozy, just like in the pictures. The location is perfect, right in the center of town, very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Parking was also included.

Amazing host, speak very good english, always available to answer all the questions in person or by text. She texts us when there were some local events in the area . Host prepared delicious cherry liquor, the other home made spirit and cake ready for us on arrival and plate of fresh fruits when we were leaving, very thoughtful and nice gesture. Host lives in the same building but on the completely different side with separate entrance , so we have full privacy in the property and all surroundings. Property is very specious and have all the facilities you need for comfortable stay. Kitchen fully equipped , there was plenty of pans, pots, glassware all types, cuttlery, plates etc. Host also provided all cleaning detergents like washing up liquid, disheasher tablets , laundry tablets, hand soap, cleaning clothes etc. so anything you we need to keep house clean on every day basis . Amazing outdoor area, with sun lounges, hammocks between trees, if you want to escape from a heat. Barbecue area fully equipped, all you need is charcoal and food . There is a toilet there so you don’t have to walk back to the property. Very clean and big swimming pool, which was cleaned by host 3 times during our 2 weeks stay, always early in the morning so there was no disruption to our stay. Cleanness of the property absolutely top notch, you can actually smell freshness of bed linen. Every room looks exactly like on the photos and descriptions is very accurate.
Property is situated in the small town but is an excellent start base to explore Dalmatia region. Two lakes is a must do . They are just 10 minutes drive distance from a property. We have done evening swimming 3 times in Modre Jezioro during our stay. Popular beaches are just 30- 40 minutes drive from Imotski.
There is actually not even one thing we can fault. We have an amazing , peaceful time and definitely going back . Big thank you to Host

Amazing Villa in a secluded cove with breath taking views and a pebbly beach with clear, teal coloured, sea. We even got a visit from dolphins and I noticed a couple of sea stars!
Perfect for larger groups, friends or multiple families. It was very clean and modernly outfitted, everything was as pictured. Each room has it's own bathroom and the larger rooms have their own fridge and a small kitchen. The sunset view from the terrace is very romantic.
Even though you access it through a gravel road it wasn't that bad, there were a few rough spots, but you can navigate them if you go slowly. We had 3 BMWs in our group, which are low, and we had no issues, was a little bit stressful for the drivers but they managed.
The hosts were very hospitable and forthcoming. There is an elderly couple living in a house nearby, we were worried we are going to make them grumpy with our loud music and DJ-ing but they were very friendly and were like "Oh don't mind us you just have fun, we can't hear anyways" :D

Staying in Villa Marija was absolutely amazing. Marija is lovely person who really care about her customers. We had prepared cold water and cherry liqueur in the fridge on our arrival, which is very thoughtful. Property is exceptional clean, clean towels always prepared if needed. We absolutely recommend Villa Sunce for vacation in Podgora. Location is perfect, just right to the beach. We had great room with a view which is absolutely amazing. Nikolina is superhost and she did everything to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable.
Villa Divna is an outstanding villa with a pool, with everything you can possibly need and a spectacular view. The host is very friendly and helpful. It is close to Podgora, only 5 minutes by car and Tucepi, 10 minutes - both are lovely seaside towns. This is our second visit to Villa Divna and we can't wait to return!
Amazing views from both balconies. Pedestrian zone in front of the apartment and just behind this street a nice beach. Very quiet place - at least in October. In both directions within 30 minutes of slow walking many really nice beaches either in the village or in the forest.
The location is excellent, next to the beach. You can hear the sea waves at night and that was so relaxing. The view from the balcony is spectacular, especially the sun set. The appartment is very well equiped with all you need for a stay, the kitchen is a good size and has all the equimpement you need. The owners are great people. The village is small but very nice, it has many nice restaurants and beutiful beaches.
The villa has great outdoor space and pool and the rooms are all of an equal good size and generally well proportioned. Air con works well and finishing a are of a good standard. We had a few things that needed sorted on first day - more wine glasses, remotes that did not work etc, but the host did rectify these by the first evening. Parking for two cars, 8 minute drive into Podgora - unlikely you would try the 40min walk.
The location is great, close to the beach and to the village Center of Podgora. Camp is small but very well maintained. It is combined with spaces for campers and mobile houses. Some of the houses have there own private pool. There are a lot of free facilities that u can use.
We especially liked the staff that was super friendly.
