What i liked the most is such great hospitality, spotlessly clean guest house, beautiful pool area and garden.
Guest house is attached to the main house where host’s grandparents live. Just information if you really plan to spend holidays alone in property. Still, those two are so kind and warm people, and we really enjoy to see them and have some nice conversation. Also you see them mostly in the morning or evening. We had some problem with a car and they help us a lot with that and plenty other things with their advises. Host, Daniel, is a young man who is always available and you can contact him anytime for everything.
Guest house is so clean and nicely furnished, every room has a/c unit. A little bit small living room area with kitchen but you have everything that you might need for prepare meal, they thought of all small details. New kitchen sponge, salt, sugar, pepper, plenty clean kitchen towels, dishwashing machine detergent etc.
In laundry room plenty washing machine detergent, cleaning products, toilet paper etc.
Bathroom with plenty space for personal stuff, maybe just shower cabine could be a bit spacious.
We did BBQ almost every evening, and every single morning we found it cleaned out and ready to use placed in front of the house door.
Pool area and garden maintained daily.
We have a son 5 yo who is very active and noisy child but we never feel that he is disturbing anyone with playing and jumping in the pool, on contrary we felt so welcome and had a really beautiful vacation.
House is next to the street but there is no noise, and no luck of privacy on the pool or garden.
For beach time we used car, because we visited different beaches and we have small boy with a lot of toys for beach.

We have been at Villa Paula for the first two weeks of October. We had a rememberable time there! Villa Paula is located in a really beautiful, picturesque part of Malinska. Malinska is one of the aspiring cities of Krk and has to A LOT to offer!! Robert and his wife Dijana (The Hosts) are extremely warmhearted persons and you will feel welcomed from second number one :-). They will support you with the best local hints and anything else, if you want. The accommodation is perfectly situated for trips all around the island of Krk. It is also very well-equipped (kitchen is fully equipped, there’s German SAT-TV and it is SPACIOUS); so you won’t miss anything and the private BBQ and garden are a blast!

The house was brand new,we were the first guests. The best hosts in Croatia:))the house was great,having all needed inc little hidden private patio with outdoor shower:) hosts are living in the neighbouring house, I felt like coming to visit a family,they were so lovely. The room was very comfortable with a spacious terrace, perfect for a couple. The accommodation is located on the edge of the village, in a quiet cul-de-sac, and all parts of the island can be reached quickly from here. The host is very kind and we received a lot of useful information, because of the key locker we didn't even have to meet in person. We are happy to recommend this place.
The house has a wonderful design. It's high-tech and has everything you can imagine to accommodate a group of people which wants to relax in a luxurious environment. The host is super responsive and we felt very comfortable there.
Amazing place! Very clean, had everything we needed. Three bedroom apartment was perfect for us. The view from the balcony was so beautiful! And so was the garden. Pool was clean and big enough. Many pool chairs and a comfy sitting area in the shade. Even an outdoor shower.
The area is peaceful and beautiful. Car was a must. We made nice trips on the Krk island. The beach in Pinezici was our favorite.

Amazing stay at Villa Temer! Our host was amazing, everything was very clean and we had plenty of space for 9 of us. The pool was brilliant and the views of the sea were stunning! Great value for money, we would definitely stay again.
The villa is great. Has everything you need. Pool, sauna, gym and game room. There's a lot of attention to details in the interior. Has a nice cosy and relaxing feeling
Nice clean airconditioned appartment in quiet surroundings. Sufficiently spacious. Comfortable beds. Properly equiped kitchen. Very friendly owners. Walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Small supermarkt in the village for basic shopping.
This place is amazing for vacation, short weekend or long. it is quite , next to the sea with roads for walk and swim.
This villa has everything what you might need for your stay, either work or relax related. The owner is very kind and nice, provided to us all necessary information, advises.
