A fantastic villa for a family holiday.
I was delighted by the peace, the natural environment, especially the extra spaciousness, comfort and cleanliness the villa. The villa is furnished with new quality modern furniture, the whole is air-conditioned. The large pool is extra clean, big and beautiful and perfect for my children. A large terrace, comfortable garden deckchairs, a beautiful view of the mountain with morning coffee and in the evening with lighted candles created a special romantic atmosphere for me. There are also long safe cycling paths in nature and Tina's rent and bicycles. I was delighted by the long walk on the mountain through the olive trees. I was delighted by the proximity of the old famous city of Dubrovnik, beautiful beaches. Absolutely everything was perfect, starting with the very nice and hospitable hostess Tina, the perfect villa for a vacation, pure nature. I will definitely come with my family to Villa Tina next summer. Thank you for everything

We highly recommend! The facility is new and very comfortable. The owners are very nice and care about cleanliness and the well-being of their tenants. The building is away from busy streets and noise. Each room has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the center and the sea.

The house is located in a peaceful area, close to the beach, offering the perfect balance between proximity to the sea and tranquility with privacy. The terrace offers a view of the sea, though it doesn’t dominate the landscape. We were most captivated by the sunrises appearing behind the mountains – accompanied by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The terrace is well-equipped: comfortable outdoor furniture, a grill, ambient lighting, and uniquely, only this house offers bicycles and a SUP board. The bikes allowed us to explore the area in a completely new way, and the SUP board provided an amazing experience on the water – the perfect addition for those who love active recreation.
The accommodation is modern and thoughtfully designed. The air conditioning works flawlessly, and the kitchen is well-equipped – everything we needed to enjoy meals, including a dishwasher and coffee machine, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The pool on the property is an excellent place to relax, especially since the water is crystal clear, and the space offers plenty of privacy, further emphasizing the luxurious nature of this place.
I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway in a beautiful, quiet location.

The location is as described, beachfront, meaning really right next to the beach. The place is incredibly clean, more than any guest can expect (I have to mention that we arrived with a little a baby and we can be picky because of that but this place blew us away with cleanliness). Right next to the apartments there is a restaurant and a small market to cover all your needs for the kitchen and the bathroom. Simply excellent.
The villa is wonderful, comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Special thanks for the breakfasts and gifts that were left for us in the morning, it was very tasty) Every morning they came to us to clean up, it's nice to wake up in a clean and tidy villa. We also travel with dogs, and they also really enjoyed their stay in this house.
We stayed overnight at Villa Damir and I must say that we made a fantastic choice. The apartment is conveniently close to the beach, and the hosts are friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the apartment, along with the comfortable bed and lovely balcony, made for a delightful experience. Highly recommended for a memorable seaside getaway.
The property has everything and more than you need. Sladana was a lovely host and went out of her way to make us welcome with nothing too much trouble. The view of the sea and sunset from the balcony is exceptional. And last, but not least, what a luxury to have a large, well kept, rooftop swimming pool with panoramic views of mountains and sea to use during stay. Wonderful! Would 100% stay here again - thank you!

nice and tidy apartment near the village center and the beach. The spaces are not too big but well organized, so you have everything you need. there’s also a nice common area which is a terrace with sea view, with table and bbq area. the apartment was clean and tidy and the owners were friendly and welcoming, also they live just underneath so they’re always available if you need anything.
