Our stay at Phyllida Guest House was exceptional, thanks to the attentive and generous hospitality of Aggeliki, our friendly hostess. After a tiring trip, which included our car breaking down just before Tripolis, our hostess welcomed us with genuine warmth and immediately served up some delicious food, including dakos salad and zucchini fritters (yummy!). The room was cozy, clean, equipped with a toaster and kettle to make our breakfast and tea and with a beautiful private garden. Aggeliki, an artist, had even given the surrounding houses an artistic touch by painting the key chains and some other objects. During our stay, she provided us with valuable suggestions for restaurants and activities to make the most out of our time. Throughout our stay, we felt cared for and comfortable. The booking process via booking.com was seamless, and the peaceful surroundings ensured that we slept soundly every night. During our last night, there was a wedding celebration next to the property of Phyllida which kept us a little awake, but our hostess informed us a lot earlier about the festivities and even allowed us a late check-out next day for free! In addition to its overall charm, one of the standout features of Phyllida Guest House is its wonderful garden, adorned with vibrant flowers and lush greens. The serene surroundings create a sense of peacefulness, allowing guests to fully unwind and embrace the silence of the countryside. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay at Phyllida Guest House. We will return, that’s for sure! Thank you so much, Aggeliki, for everything! The place is really well equipped, spacious, has kitchen and everything needed. It consists of 3 small houses located in a green garden.. It is clean and has parking places. Owners are kind and helpful. There is a path to the beach located some 300m away. The beach is clean sandy very nice. If you want to go to the shop or taverna is better by car as village Kakovatos is about 2km from the place.

We loved everything! The house is so beautiful, the garden is perfect for kids! The coffee which the owner has left for us was so delicious! The white wine which we received as a compliment was such nice surprise! We are so grateful of the owner for such the perfect stay we had in The Garden House!

Spatious property in two levels with everything someone needs to have a fantastic holiday time. A few issues were sorted out by the owners. Highly recommended accommodation and a good starting point for trips in special places in the area such as the ancient Olympia, Neda waterfalls, Temple of Apollo Epicurius at Bassae - UNESCO World Heritage Site, etc.

The accommodation, services and location are excellent! There are 5 stone houses located in a beautiful very well-maintained olive trees and orange trees garden. And a very nice and clean swimming pool where you can relax and have a cocktail of your choice. The houses are very well decorated (even nicer compared with the pictures) and you have all you need inside. Very comfortable and with a nice terrasse. Our house had one bedroom with an extra-large double bed with perfect mattresses (for us), plus a big couch on the leaving room. Enough space for all you could need on vacation. The house was very clean, and all is very well maintained. Housekeeping every 3 days was quite enough. We found the place very quiet even if the restaurant is opened until late in the night and there is music playing - there was no noise on the house terrasse or inside the house. The restaurant was also perfect, at very high standards, a big plus. Congratulations and Big Thanks from our side!!! Very tastily and well-cooked grills and good wine. Good music, professional and friendly services offered by Dimitri and the staff made us feel at the right place to have a wonderful vacation. Thank you, Dimitri, for the watermelon served every evening😊! Now – we did not go to the closest beach, but I think is a nice walk to reach it and is a good one. We have chosen other locations (just 5 min drive) where you can use your own umbrella/chair, or you can use those on organized beach. You have plenty to choose from: sandy beach with sandy water. Kakovatos center with 2 minimarkets and restaurants, etc is also 5 min drive away. You can find all you need there, or you can go to Zacharo (also close). We have had an issue with the car – Dimitri kindly help, contacting a service, making an appointment for us and guiding us as needed. The issue promptly resolved. Thank you for everything, Dimitri!
