Lovely area, the view is just amazing, the owner is so friendly and lovely, she was so warm and welcoming. We loved every minute of our stay. The small village of Kakovatos is adorable. The hotel is well located in front of the sea. The people of the staff are available and agreeable. The building is new. My room had a terrace where I could seat in front of the sea. The garden is clean. The Greek breakfast is excellent. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks to everyone in this hotel. Specially to the Lady who was waiting for my arrival the first night and to Yorgos.
The room is fully equipped with everything one might need (hair dryer, ironing board etc). Everything was very clean. The room was very spacious with plenty of drawers for clothes etc. Quiet location, 2 minutes drive from Kakovatos village which has mini markets and restaurants. Polite and helpful host. The shower head with the colored lights is very popular with kids, and so are the bunk beds!
Good location right in the middle of village with shaded parking. Room was very comfortable. Decor was lovely. Staff were extremely nice and very helpful and understanding when I had a small issue that needed to be resolved. Breakfast was exceptionally good with fantastic homemade cakes and pastries and jams!
Spacious and comfortable stay. Eleni, our hostess, was very attentive to our needs. The house was equipped with everything (microwave, toaster, dish washer , washing machine, dryer, you name it). Salt , pepper , oregano , and oil were already in the cupboards, which are very helpful for short stays. I can not remember if we really missed something
The beaches are very close and Zacharo too. The garden is spacious with a huge area with grass. We could easily park two cars .Overall, we were happy to visit Villa Eleni.
Brand New small villas in a very good location. Everything was extremely clean. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Close to the beach (1 km apr.)
Highlight : The proximity of the property is prefect right in the middle of the village and next to the beach. The rooms and out door seating was very nice and relaxing.
The location is very good - a short stroll to a wonderful beach with excellent tavernas. The charming village centre is very close, with mini markets, bars and restaurants. We stayed in Kakovatos to explore the area and visit Olympia - it’s a beautiful part of the Peloponnese, lovely beaches and unspoilt countryside. We parked our car outside on the street. The apartment was spacious and clean and a very good breakfast was provided by our friendly host.
Asfendamos is a lovely clean, relaxed , comfortable place to spend your holiday. The staff are amazing, nothing too much trouble. The pool is spotless and very well maintained. The villas are spacious and well appointed. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. There is excellent air conditioning which is a welcome break from the heat.
