I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! Its location is perfect, just a short distance from the heart of Rethymno, making it very convenient to explore the city while enjoying a peaceful retreat. The outdoor area is simply stunning, with a beautiful bio garden full of fresh vegetables—such a unique and enjoyable feature. Inside the villa, everything is well thought out and fully equipped with all the necessities, making it a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay.
One of the standout aspects is the serene and calm atmosphere, perfect for those looking to unwind. The hosts were incredible—extremely kind and helpful. They went above and beyond, even cooking for us, and I highly recommend trying the breakfast. It was excellent, with fresh and delicious ingredients. Whether you’re a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a family with children, this villa is ideal, with plenty of spaces for kids to play.

The owner organised a taxi to pick us up and due to a delayed flight and late arrival. He provided food for us when we arrived and other welcoming treats like homemade honey. The location was great - located in the old town and near the beach. The jacuzzi was a wonderful addition and the property had several balconies to chill out in. We had a lovely holiday and would highly recommend.

The villa was so relaxing and well set up. We used it as a base for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. A great bakery and supermarket nearby. Rather than be in the hustle of a city, it was good being in the countryside.

The owners were very accommodating even though we arrived later in the evening. The house is nice, spacious and clean. It is suitable for 4 adults and one child. In the house, you can spend your time together in the living room, on the balcony or in the yard.

Nice, clean, great location (a car is recommended although you can get to the beach in 10 min walk). The hosts live near so they are helpful if anything is needed. I also recommend home made olive oil which you can buy at a reasonable price - it's very nice! One bottle was awaiting us upon arrival!

We loved our stay at this villa. Access on arrival was easy and it was very clean and well maintained. The swimming pool was great, as was the view over the olive trees and small village nearby.
Beautiful, calm, comfortable, super clean. The pool was lovely, the sound of birds and the views and a feeling of luxury. Incredibly attentive hosts. Walking distance or a short drive to the local village and its tavernas. A 20 minute drive to the coast.

I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere so close to perfection. The villa was well equipped, the beds were big and comfy, you could make the villa the right temperature etc. The pool was great to have when the sun was out around midday. The views from the balcony are gorgeous. Although not far from Rythemno, it feels like you're very much away from it all. George is a wonderful and kind host too. The 3 restaurants in Prines (20 mins by foot) are all extremely good.
Fabulous villa, tucked away in a remote location and inside a massive green estate. Air conditioned big rooms and well furnished. The pool was lovely and each villas were pretty private. Rethymno town and attractions are very close and easily accessible by a car. Some lovely beaches nearby which we preferred over other famous ones. Very helpful management company with great suggestions on things to do and restaurants to try etc. Lovely estate staff!

We stayed for 10 nights in early June. Villa was brilliant, very clean with pool, bbq area etc. Housekeeper was on hand if we needed any help etc. if you want to enjoy the real Crete and not the tourist areas this is perfect. Booking for next year!
