The house is beautiful, the hosts are so helpful, Katerina arranged for our boat tour, helped with recommendations for restaurants, jet skis and even found me a bottle of kumquat liqueur. The pool is beautiful and at the perfect temperature, the yard is intimate and your only a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the beach

The property was everything we were looking for and more. The villa was spacious (2 adults and 3 teens), well equipped (with a well equipped kitchen for self catering) and attractive. The outside space was amazing - fabulous pool area, comfortable shaded seating area and outdoor kitchen/bbq. The owners were lovely and extremely helpful in giving advice about the local area, recommending restaurants and booking excursions. The villa was cleaned regularly throughout our stay. The location is quiet and rural but well located for some lovely beaches and places to go.

Awesome new villa! Location is quiet but there is literally everything you need nearby (super market, Gas station, coffee spots, bakery, a couple great seaside restaurants for fresh fish, a couple great restaurants for meat, a few great beaches -the closest and best, in my opinion, being Psarou Beach). The Villa is very spacious and modern, very large garden for children to play in the afternoon, easy spacious parking.

It's one of those accommodations where you don't even know what to write. From the first moment communication very pleasant, helpful. After arriving to a place of peace without rusiveho noise to a family environment with cozy villas where you will find everything you need. In the morning you open the window and in an instant you have in front of you what you came for the holiday. Peace, sun, sea and a few steps ahead your almost private beach. It suits everyone a little differently, for us with two small children the entrance through the pebbles which after 2 meters is replaced by clean sand. Thus we are still on the sand in the water but we go to the villa without sand on our feet. Beautiful accommodation with high ceilings with stones, air-conditioned both rooms, amenities which do not need anything more. At least not for us. The kindness and helpfulness of the owners' family was an example of how services should be done and why we are human beings. A wonderful time, during which you don't need anything more. Restaurants by peso or by car depending on what one wants and prefers. Here you have the feeling that suddenly it all belongs to you, that you live "at home" and the sea with the salary is yours. You are not disturbed by the excessive tourism and the multitude of roaming people, only by the sound of the omnipresent cicadas. We have traveled enough, stayed enough and this accommodation is one of the best we have had the opportunity to experience and not because of the atmosphere and the people.

Basically, everything! My favorite part was the barbeque area! I would have this establishment as my summer home! Install a dryer, then it could be year-round!! It has a tavern next door, mini mart up the street, and the beach is down the street with a tavern as well. You don't really need anything else!!

Location and Villa was perfect. Lovely views to the nearby coast and horizon to Kefalonia, Just a short downhill walk to the local lovely taverna and pretty small beach, to be able to sit , eat and enjoy the sunshine and the clear blue sea below for swimming Great holiday location for 4 of us Hosts Fani and Luca are wonderful hosts and couldnt have been more friendly and helpful
