Fantastic communication with the owner. Really lovely villa. Our flight home wasn't until 9pm and he let us stay later than the usual check out time for free. No charge. The villa is 500 metres from the main road that runs through Maleme. The owner will email you directions. Really secluded location. Nobody overlooking when we were by the pool. Off-road car parking enough for 3 or 4 cars. The kitchen is well equipped. Modern Swiss made oven and four ring hob. All the cutlery, utensils, crockery, mugs, glasses, Pyrex oven dishes, roasting tin etc. Can openers, bottle openers it's got the lot. Electric kettle, toaster, electric sandwich maker, coffee maker. No microwave but we managed without. The owner provided a bottle of washing up liquid, two teatowels and washing up sponges which was a nice touch. Living room has two large sofas with big flat screen TV and 260 satellite TV channels. Dining table and chairs. Bedrooms very comfortable. Three bathrooms. Toilet paper provided. Bottles of hand soap in each bathroom. Hand, bath and poolside towels provided. Excellent pool area with new sun loungers. Outdoor table with six chairs under a pergola. Large barbecue (the local supermarket Synka on Maleme main street sells big bags of bbq charcoal for about 6.50 Euros, firelighters, lighters etc. in the basement of the supermarket). About two miles in the opposite direction from the Synka supermarket is a large Lidl. Just stay on the same main road and it is just past the Shell petrol station. The villa has a washing machine which enabled us to do all the laundry before we got home. There are some clothes pegs there but you might want to take a pack with you if you're planning on doing laundry. We got bitten to death by mosquitos so take mossie repellent with you. We bought Raid room spray and a citronella candle for outside from Synka supermarket. Overall we were very impressed with Villa Palma. The owner is very nice and helpful.

This Villa is OUTSTANDING. Spiros is the best host I have experienced. Spiros welcomed me as soon as I drove in to his driveway, helped me with my suitcase, explained the basics cheerfully and had fruit, juices, water and soda for my arrival. His villa is perfectly outfitted for families, couples, and solo travelers. He has top notch amenities in his home to enjoy your stay, relax on the many terraces, private pool to take a dip, bicycles to ride, and even a cooler to take to the beach! There is air conditioning in every room, a gorgeous living room and spacious kitchen. 3 floors to have at your disposal, a top floor deck with lounge chairs and table, large table and chairs to eat on the 2nd floor terrace, large bedrooms, neatly arranged, and a tremendous bathroom on the first floor with an inviting bathtub & washing machine to get those dirties clean. There’s also a bathroom as you go up the stairs leading to the top floor deck. There is a safe for your items. The wi-fi was excellent no matter which floor or terrace I was on. This villa is amazing with practically every room opening to a terrace. His place is spotless. He checked in if all was okay, very fast to respond and gave me a few restaurant suggestions including an excellent restaurant on the beach by very short drive - MALEME TAVERNA. The food and service is SPOT ON! I couldn’t leave Greece without visiting Chania and traveled from the eastern part of Crete to explore Balos Beach, Elafonisi Beach and the Samaria Gorge. What a wonderful temporary home away from home while doing so. His rates are exceptional for a top notch experience. Thank you Spiros!

Our stay in Momentum X was truly beyond expectations. As people who traveled almost everywhere in the world, we went in the property having lower expectations as being in a lavish hotel room. We had in mind that since Chania region is huge we wont have time to enjoy the property in its full potential anyways. We were happily surprised in every single way. From our arrival there and the warm-hearted welcome of Mr.George, till the end of our stay. This place has character and you can tell right away that people invested, put effort and taste into this. This place really feels like home. In fact the pictures of the property does not do it justice. The amenities are all there and even more. They were even happy to go out of their way and assist us when we asked for extra things like beach umbrellas and towels which we found waiting for us at the arrival. The location is perfect since you are in the middle between Chania town and the other side where the best beaches are located. Perfect spot to start your journey. Overall that was a perfect stay for us and highly recommended!

The facilities were functional and the setup was great for three people. Marika and Dimitris were the most helpful and warmest hosts. Location was great, under 5min walk to the supermarket and less than 10min to the beach.
