As soon as we arrived we knew immediately we had found a gem. Popi’s house has everything you need, it’s spacious & comfortable, spotlessly clean, it’s walking distance from the hora, the monastery & some good tavernas.
The roof terrace is spectacular with wonderful sea views but above all this Popi is the star. Her hospitality, kindness & generosity went over & beyond. Thank you Popi for collecting us from the ferry, helping us with our car hire, driving us to the supermarket on our first day, we loved staying with you & will be back.

This is one of our best stays ever. The house was in a perfect location, perfectly clean, maintained and with all the things you could need. Besides the place and location being excellent, I am really writing this because owners of this property are incredible people, Elisa and Theologos were just incredible host. They helped us with every single thing we could have needed in the island. We were here 2 years ago. The house was upgraded to its best: more spacious bedroom and beutiful natural dlarchitecture and decorations. This was designed and built with love.
The terrace is awesome for an evening chill-out with sea view and sea sound. Very quiet sorroundings. The sea is 2 minites ealking fistance away. Excellent seaside taverna there.

The studio is located at Chora, but on the road to Skala. So location is very nice when you have a car, or if you use bus or taxi. Very nice view of the island. Studio is equipped with almost anything you need..The owner even put some snacks, butter, jam, water in the fridge. Not to mention tea and coffee. It was very clean, you can smell the nice towels and bed linen. We really felt like at home staying at this property. And the owners are extremely kind and helpful.

We loved our stay at the Traditional House. The house is a quiet and beautifully decorated oasis less than a minute walk from the central square in Patmos Chora. The property manager was super helpful and found us someone who could help us get our bags to the property (no cars allowed in the village). Maria, who looks after the property day to day, was incredibly kind. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). Beds are great quality and the kitchen is well appointed. We would definitely go back if and when we visit beautiful Patmos again.

the apartment is a spacious duplex, with a nice living room and cuisine + wc at the ground floor and two bedroom + bathroom with shower upstairs. there are two balconies looking towards the tennis and beach volley courts.

Konstantinos is so nice and helpful whenever you need him, and he spontaneously came to pick-up us at the Ferry Boat on our arrival and back the day of departure.

The location and the view is superb! Grikos is so peaceful place and so is the hotel! The pool is nice and we felt like it was a private pool because there were so few people using it. The breakfast was very good! Andrianna made us feel very welcome. It was nice to see that she had time to talk with guests and make sure that everyone is ok. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

I cannot stress enough how beautiful this villa is. This was the cherry on top of our island skipping. Beautiful entrance, room, bathroom. It was clean, and so well decorated. Peaceful bliss. So accommodating also, we arrived at 1-2AM and someone came to greet us at the entrance of the villa. Loved the private parking also!
Most relaxing place I have ever stayed in. Spotless and clean. Close to the village. A few seconds walk to the beach. Peaceful and the views are out of this world. The owner collected me from the port which was super kind of her. It has everything you need for cooking. It was truly magical. 10/10
