Perfect location. Very close to the beach, which is broad, with sand and a lot of free zone. Close to the center of Olympiaki akti, but quiet and not crowded. Mr. Konstantinos and Miss Katerina are very kind and always available if we need something. Clean towels, linen and pool. The rooms, the bathroom and the Wi-fi are perfect. The kitchen is very small but equipped with all basic stuff. No problem with parking (personal parking place).

I only spent one night there, but it's a place where you can enjoy a long vacation. The house is very beautiful, clean and very close to the beach. The host gave us all the information, advised us where we can find a very good restaurant, waited for us with drinks and fruits. The house is a place we put on the map of our travels!

Friendly and welcoming hosts. The Villa was maybe at 10 minutes walk from the beach but it was a straight and easy direct path. plenty of parking space, and also an open playground with toys, bikes, etc. for the kids. If we asked for anything extra they quickly provided and we had a great time. Plenty of space in the rooms and balconies. We highly recommend this place to anyone and will surely repeat our stay! Hotel and rooms were perfectly clean. Location was excellent, close to beach, markets, village center, etc.. Reception was friendly. One can easily park around even if not on the same street. All in all good value for money. Cleaning and changing towels happened every other day.

Amazing location on the beachfront. The owner/manager was very friendly. We had a perfect stay in the location. We have already booked the next trip, and we will use the same location. Can only recommend it.
The villa is very modern and clean. The host is very hospitable and polite, during our stay he gave us home made cookies, easter bread, popcorn and a bottle of olives and liquor drink - these were very nice surprises and everting was delicious. There is a spacious elevator which is handy in case you are situated on the 3rd floor. The beds were very comfortable. Also in the garden there are tables to sit and have a drink / breakfast in case you are a company of several families. I recommend this place and we will visit it again for sure.
We stayed for 10 days, It was good looking, but in the bathroom there was moisture on the walls and it was falling everywhere, we havent got new bad sheets to change at all, every morning someone was yelling/arguing in the villa. On the picture the guy sent us totaly different room istead of the one that we got..
There are no other buildings next to the Villa, which isolates it from the surrounding Villas.
I reccomend the studios that are facing to the east as they are much quiter compared to the studios that are facing the steet. There are many busses that are passing through the street and stop to pick-up or drop-off passengers.
