Everything was fantastic . Basically the ground floor with basement below . Owner lives in basement . The villa is traditional Greek property but has been wonderfully refurbished . 2 beds, large living room and kitchen with vaulted ceiling . Modern bathroom . Good shower . Wifi good . Balcony facing sea and mountains . 5-7 min walk to beach which has a number of very good tavernas. I would say that to get to the villa you would need a taxi or hire car as it’s at least 30 mins drive . Friendly owner . There are chickens and a vocal rooster whom competes vocally with other roosters in the area. But we liked that type of thing . Loved the villa and would highly recommend for a peaceful break.

Every detail in the villa was very good, the view, the attention of the host, the cleanliness of the rooms, everything was very good. I felt like I came to my grandfather's summer house. It was great to swim in the perfect sea right in front of the villa, take a shower in the garden, and chill on the terrace. Best restaurants, supermarket are walking distance.

Great location a few hundred metres from restaurants and beaches. Great modern home with excellent facilities - private pool and outdoor area is splendid. Host met us in a local bar and took us to suite, also helped us out with a few small things - she was excellent! Everything was great - loved the bed, bathroom and kitchen. Big TV with satellite and you tube / netflix. Highly recommended.

Casa Azul was incredible. The property which was previously a popular wine car and gallery was stunning. Extremely well equipped and the lay out is beautiful. The outside deck was huge and many options for meals, chill out (in hammock) and perfect spot to have a drink and watch the incredible sunsets. There is direct access down to the water which we really enjoyed - though not a beach so would only recommend swimming here in calm seas or if you are confident swimmers. (there looked like there was rocky beach access just along though) Host was great and was extremely kind.

Independence from the road level but still very close to everything. Lovely house on 2/3 levels. Bathroom and shower room with soaps and shampoo, kitchen with fruit, wine, biscuits! Aircon great, windows had blinds too plus there were balconies. Lounge with tv and sofas. Restaurants and a couple of bars just down the steps to road level and the beach was fab.

This is a beautiful property not to be missed. We stayed in 4 different houses during our stay in kalymnos and this was by far the best. George, the host is an aweome guy, very friendly and extremely helpful and always availaible to assist when we needed. The view from the house is to die for and the rear garden with its loungers is a great spot for sun bathing with privacy and also spectacular for star gazing at night. We will definately we visiting this place on out next visit. Thanks again for everything George!

The house is very well built. It stays cool on hot days and warm at night.
The view is one of the best we saw the whole month we were there. Incredible at any time of day or night it's beautiful.
The location is especially good for climbers. It's very close to an exceptional crag with routes for all skill levels (grades 4+ to 8+ in the cave) even for kids.
The WiFi was good but we recommend mobile phone internet for working remotely.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The sea view from the house is absolutely stunning, and every room is equipped with air-conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. We were a group of six, and the space was perfect for us. The homeowner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is great, with the beach just a short walk down the hillside. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Great location, big room and balcony looking straight out to sea, cleaned every day, felt very luxurious! Direct access to the sea. Much quieter than other places we stayed at masouri. We will absolutely come back here.

Everything. A perfect location literally yards from the beach. You can hear the sea from the balcony. We had a top floor room which was lovely and quiet even though it’s situated in the centre of the village. Beds were so comfortable - a rarity in Greece 😝. Room perfectly equipped. My only one suggestion would be an umbrella on the balcony as it does get super hot and there’s no shade. Other than that everything is brilliant, and Soula is so kind and helpful 🙏
A beautifully characterful villa, well furnished and with multiple outside terraces with superb sunset views of Telendos. A well equipped kitchen, aircon in the bedrooms, and close to local restaurants and supermarkets etc. A beach two minutes away. Magnificent.
The communication throughout was amazing and very comforting. Our room was fantastic with lovely views and a great balcony for breakfast and we had fresh towels every day which was a luxury we weren't expecting. We were comfortable for our entire trip and can't wait to come back and stay again. Couldn't recommend Masouri Rooms enough!
