We enjoyed our stay at Nikos house very much. The house was surprisingly well organised and had all we needed and more. The bathroom and air-conditioning in each bedroom was really practical. The house is located in a cute tiny village just off the road toward Elafonisi. Nikos was a perfect host, very friendly and fast in his replies if any questions arose. Personally I really enjoyed the evenings on the roof-garden in the hammock, hearing the sheep on the slopes under the stars. We highly recommend the Dream House.

The Horio House is comfortable and beautiful - very well designed - with care for design and details and very well equipped with all appliances - everything that you might need during holiday, including even beach towels and umbrellas. We were met by a nice host, who welcomed us with own produced wine and olive oil. The village is nice and tranquil, after the hot beach days - we really enjoyed our quite evenings here. Efharisto!

Very good stay at Vellanos Villas! Superios quet place in a little village. Very clean and cozy appartment, equipped with all needed facilities. Good Tavern just in 10 minutes walking distance. Jenny is super friendly and intelligent person! It was pleasure for us to speak with her. She looks, what exactly needed by guests and provides very valuable information. Jenny has provided very testy welcome cake, and then (unexpectedly) another one after several days. We were pleased and enjoying both! There are plenty of places to visit around that place. Not all we were able to see, thus will come once more to the West side of Crete. Vellanos Villas is best option to stay (need to book well in advance, as the place is popular). Thanks Jenny! It's a cosy house about 200m from Elos (take the road up directly between the kastanofolia restaurant and the pharmacy and follow it until you reach a big green gate). The host gave us a very warm welcome with fresh fruits, drinks and homemade cake! The jacuzzi is absolutely lovely any time of year.
