We loved everything about our stay! The location was perfect, with stunning sea views from every part of the villa. It was very spacious and filled with natural light. The front and backyards, along with the stairs leading down to the sea, were simply perfect. Nikos was an excellent host, offering all the information we needed and recommending local tavernas and places to explore. On top of all this, he even treated us with some delicious local sweets. Villa Socrates is a very good place to stay if you prefer more peaceful side of the island. There is a nice little garden and nice view over the valley from the house. We were travelling with three children and it had plenty of room for all of us, and it was equipped both with a washing machine and a dishwasher. Parking is very convenient. Gardenos beach is within 10-minute walk distance so that even our 4-year-olds were able to walk there and back. Internet connection is excellent (127 / 8.5 Mbps). Since we had a car, it was not a problem for us that grocery stores were further away.

The bungalow is in a perfect position just a minutes walk from the beach . The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms each with its own en suite .The local area has some lovely restaurants with a selection of friendly bars. The property has private parking and is very quiet at night. Roula the host was the nicest person you could wish to meet, and we had a beautiful bottle of wine and delicious homemade cake on our arrival.

Host Dimitri is very warm, provided a lot of useful advices, best places to visit, restaurants, places to see. Issos beach near by is the best beach on Corfu.

The area was very quiet, beaches with sand or pebles, not very crowded, nice taverna's closet by, horse riding, boats to near islands, everything you want.
The villa is great! Vicky is amazing, she made our stay unforgettable! On Easter day, we needed towels and she came from the other end of the island! I recommend!
Excellent place, quiet and beautiful surroundings. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a great and comfortable holiday that feels like home.
Everything was very clean, tasteful and neat interior and lovely green gardens surrounding the villa. It was really nice to have a swimming pool and a pool table for a lazy afternoon. Loved the thoughtful basics for breakfasts and coffee and tea.
There is a really good coffee shop only a couple of minutes away that had excellent coffee and croissants.
The villa is small,but very clean with everything needed. The price and the quality are perfect. Big yard with swings. Nearby the petrol station with small cafe and shop. The nearest very tasty taverna 3 km from the villa. The pharmacy is also nearby. But there are no big shops, cafes and so on nearby.

Fabulous villa with views to the sea and Korision lake. Our favourite place was the well-tended garden, but the apartment is incredibly well equipped inside - two different types of coffee makers, dish washer, iron, washing machine, hair dryer, Netflix and whatever you may think of. The house is nestled amongst olive groves, 15 minutes by feet from Issos beach (two minutes with car). There's a great bakery and a supermarket in short walking distance. A really nice place to rest and relax!
