The house is very spacious with different facilities inside. Very good option for big groups. There were a cleaning lady coming every day together with a boy who cleaned the pool. The lady was very kind and kept the cleanliness of the house during our stay. The host is also amazing and helped us spent the time on the island better. Overall a very good value for money.

We had an incredible stay at this house. We stayed with our kids and friends, 8 of us total. There are 4 very big bedrooms and all house is air-conditioned. There is very big living room with big kitchen and dining table. The hosts were absolutely superb, and their hospitality exceeded all expectations. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the fantastic swimming pool, which provided hours of relaxation and enjoyment. The beds in the house were incredibly comfortable, ensuring that we had a restful night's sleep every night. The attention to detail in every aspect of the house's design and furnishings was stunning, making us feel like we were staying in a luxurious retreat. This house truly felt like home! What truly set this accommodation apart was the hosts' warmth and generosity. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even preparing a delicious dinner for us. To top it off, the fridge was stocked with a variety of food and drinks, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Even bar next to swimming pool was there for us to use it, such as a barbecue. Adjacent to the house, we discovered Yanni's horses, which added another layer of enchantment to our stay. We, along with our kids and friends, embarked on a three-hour adventure that we'll cherish forever. The highlight was undoubtedly riding these magnificent creatures into the sea and swimming with them for an hour, creating an unforgettable memory that will stay with us for a lifetime. In all honesty, this experience felt even more exceptional than staying at a 5-star hotel. It's been years since I've encountered such outstanding accommodation, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone looking for a truly remarkable and unforgettable stay in Zakynthos. Everything was perfect! We had everything we needed at the property and even more (tennis table, darts, bike, barbecue area). The house is very clean and I was impressed for the attention to every detail. The garden is amazing and very well maintained. The host, Marietta, was very kind and provided very useful information about how to use everything in the house and also recommended places to go (beaches, boat trips, restaurants and more). When we arrived we found cold water, fruits and bread and that was perfect after a long road. Thank you again! Most of all you have quiet being away from the crowded areas. You have some stores nearby and if you travel by car you have pretty easy access to most of the attractions on the island, giving the location of the house. We spend a wonderful time at the property and we enjoyed every moment. We definitely recommend if you are a group and want a peaceful and quiet place when you get back from the beautiful places of Zakynthos. All the best to you, Marietta and thank you for all!

The location of Dimitris' house was just what we wanted - in a quiet hilltop village, away from the hubbub. The village has a wonderful taverna which we frequented daily and a small shop that provided for our needs. The house is an authentic stone and wood structure with all the modern amenities. All rooms have AC but we never had to use it, even though all days were 30+ C. The real highlight for us was spending time on the terrace and in the garden. Our 4-year-old had an absolute blast picking fresh lemons, pomegranates, and cracking almonds from the garden. Our host left us deeply touched by his kindness and hospitality.
