The hostess Stella is amazing, very helpful, positive and polite person. The villa was very clean and tidy. You have everything what you need. The interior is very modern yet stylish. The pool area is really nice and the BBQ compliments it well. The view is breathtaking. The breakfast is ordered through iPad with a lot of options and was served with love and style which made it even more delicious. In conclusion it felt like a little Greek paradise.

The villas are located in a small cute village and are equipped with everything you need in very good quality. The staff is amazing, housekeeping comes in daily to freshen everything up and it feels as if you’re visiting your friends or family! Definitely recommend staying here, we were sad to leave.
Karya villas is the lap of luxury, all mod cons, beautifully finished, spotlessly clean. The owner, Vasilis was so kind and welcoming and also the cleaner who is a lovely person.

Each bedroom, set on the lower floor, had an en-suite, with another toilet on the first / living floor.
Plenty of terrace space meant inside/outside living was easy.
The walk into Karya village is a 2 or 3 minute walk down a steep hill. The village square has a few cafes and lovely restaurants to eat at.
Owners are so friendly and it was like having a private villa with pool! Great welcome and they ,helped us with onward travel. Perfect holiday start! Quiet location on edge of village.

The villa is brand new and well equiped. The view of the hills from the balcony is very nice and the fact that there is an outdoor jacuzzi is a nice addition.
Karya is a charming village where you have supermarkets and restaurants at walking distance from the villa.
Awesome view, quiet, nice interior and well equipped for cooking. If you need something Vasilis is super helpful and friendly :) - just contact him! A very nice add-on was the bottle of wine for welcome and some fruit and juice.
The way to the villas is a bit tricky the first time. Also here: ask Vasilis he can help.
The house was clean, spacious and had all modern amenities. The host was kind and professional ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. Overall, we had an enjoyable holiday and we would highly recommend Karya Villas to anyone looking for peace and relaxation.
When you book it, just be aware that this is located in the Centre of Lefkada, but on a very big hill and the location is quite remote. So whenever you wanna go somewhere you need a car and go down. But you have a great view. The pool is clean is big enough as for the size of the place. The villas are quite spacious and were okay for 8 people we have been in. Google shows wrong location. On the very end to not turn left as it says. Go further straight and soon you will see the proper sign of the hotel.
I don’t know with what to start! everything was incredible! perfect holiday! The location it’s in a beautiful village, and the villas are located in quaiet place. The villas are more than you expect, beautiful, clean, like new, with everything you need inside. The host, Vasilis, it’s not just a host, it’s a friend that will help you with all youre needs. nowadays rarely you find someone like him! we cannot thank you enough for the beautiful holiday at your villas!
