What a wonderful place. The attention to detail is amazing, very relaxing. Great location, stunning views and exceptionally comfortable. Excellent host, wonderful space and a very confortable and enjoyable stay. The garden is beautiful and the house itself is so nice and clean. It's a short drive to Ierapetra and the beaches and restaurants there. I couldn't recommend Arhondia House highly enough, we'll be coming back next summer.

The location is absolutely wonderful, the home connects to a very nice beach with all amenities. The view is amazing and the perfect way to end the day. Lots of light in the house and good aircon, nice big shower and the staff were exceptional. We had an electrical issue with a burnt out fuse at 21h00 on a Sun evening. The agent responded to my message immediately, arrived a few minutes later and proceeded to get the electricity guys out there who fixed the issue within 1 hour total..on a Sunday...they were available for any info and or assistance so service is very good.

This was a beautiful villa. Lovely location and great view. We stayed in the Artemis villa which has 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped to cook the odd meal, great when you have a toddler!
The beach is about 4 min walk away (with a toddler) and shared with the Hotel and other guest houses nearby.
These villas are family owned and run. It is genuinely a lovely place to stay and Dimitris, Marianna and Andonis went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. Thank you for the Lego, rocking horse and cheese pie!

The hotel has both rooms in the main building and villas. There is private beach, in a bay, very nice and clean, with sun umbrellas and beach beds free of charge. And a beach bar. You can walk about 15-20 mins to the village for restaurants and supermarkets. A bus stop is just at the entrance of the hotel (regional buses, to and Heraklion). The reception staff is very nice and eager to help with whatever you need.
