Good water pressure, lots of kitchen appliances, good A/C. The beach is two minutes away, and the water was warm and clear every day we were there. A floor of a twin house on a quiet street with a terrace and a private backyard. The rooms, even the bathroom, were spacious and well arranged. The full-size refrigerator and the washing machine were definitely a plus. Everything was nearby - the beach, the playground and the supermarkets. Balcony with sea view where all family meet. Mosquito nets everywhere. To be clear, this is an apartment in a 6-apartments villa - not an Entire holiday home. It have a living+kitchen+one bedroom+a wonderful balcony over sea+one toilet on the 1'st floor of the villa. And 2 small south-facing bedrooms with tiny windows (may be very hot on afternoons) in the attic. And one 1 meter bathtube/shower for dwarfs (normal humans must stay on their knees) in the attic under a very low roof. The place is very quiet, 3 km from town/restaurants/Lidl/Matsoutis The front beach (Kakoudia) have a fine locanta (Marabou), it is nice and clean, but the sand is coarse like small gravel, and in few steps go very deep. This location is well-suited for a big family and peacefull holiday.

We were looking for a quiet place that is not too close to the center of Ierissos (because of the crowd) so this was the right choice. Center of Ierissos is at a few minutes distance by car. There is a garden in front and in the back of the apartment, so our dogs have enjoyed running arround. Beautiful balcony in both bedrooms and the terrace in front of the living room. Apartment is very spacious, it has WC and a bathroom, also washing machine and a dish washer. Nets are present on all the doors and windows so you don't have to worry about mosquitoes and other bugs. The beach is very close and beautiful, long and wide There is a beach restaurant and bar, also some sun beds and parasols so you can use them if wanted. The host is great, very helpfull and forthcomming.

Great people, great experience,, everything was perfect!! We met a kind family interested in making a pleasant staying for everyone who accomodates at their place. Every day we had fresh salad from the vegetables they grew in the garden, we ate pears from the trees, even tsipuro they offered us. The porch was great, all you needed after spending time at the beach.
