Perfect location in peace and quiet, away from the town hussle. Surrounded by nature and sea breeze. 15 min walk to the Hydra town and close to many swimming spots. Stairs leading to the house are excellent excercise! This house feels really like home, it has everything you need and has been decorated in a very, very nice way. Stunning views to the sea and fresh air, amazing night sky. Fully equiped kitchen if you wish to cook your own food. Owner of the house is really helpful and friendly, feels like you are part of the family. Overall this is such a cosy and unique place to stay. We definately wish to return!

I had a fantastic stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly welcome from George and Alcyoni. The location was perfect—close to all the harbour, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the outdoor space, which was larger than we were expecting. The attention to detail in the decor and the thoughtful touches throughout made my stay feel special. Beautiful property with wonderful views and light. Nice sitting area, table for meals/coffee or work, and practical kitchen. Clean bathroom and very cozy and pretty bedroom area. Two cats became frequent morning visitors which was also a perk!

It was a dream holiday in Erato with our host Manolis.
The traditional style villa and the many terraces with great views were outstanding. The tranquillity of the surroundings and the proximity to the beach is a dream.
Manolis the host is very attentive and friendly, always ready to help and very communicative and knowledgeable. You can have long and very good conversations with him and also get a lot of information from him.
One thing he should learn is how to play Tavli (backgammon)😁😂🤣

Alex met us at the dock with mules in tow to help us find the house and get our luggage delivered. He then gave us a wonderful history of the house and town, as well as restaurant recommendations, as we walked the 400 or so steps to the house. Every one of them worth it! The view was fantastic, the house terrific. This is such a unique place. Loved by the whole family.

We loved everything about our 4 nights at Mistral Hotel, just like we loved everything about Hydra. This elegant guesthouse is quiet, comfortable, and perfect location. Jenny's breakfast in the shady flower courtyard is luxury indeed! We hope to return one day.
The location was perfect, very conveniently places next to the shaded morning cafe of of the port. Amazing service -cleaning every day and supportive host. Patties and his wife Litsa have a great sense of hospitality. Lovely mattresses and even the room was a little small, it was reasonably priced and well decorated to make it perfect for a family of four. Air con, lovely little touches of toothbrushes and toothpaste. Luxurious shampoo, shower gel etc. TV and Wi-Fi
The owners were so lovely- met me off the ferry and showed me round- the apartment was spotlessly clean and about five minutes from the port. There was a lovely terrace outside with a wonderful view of the village. Would 100% stay there again.
Amazing location, just a few mins from the village center. The view & the decoration was very authentic, we loved the vintage furniture. Apartment was clean & comfortable (good AC to cool down from the beach!).
My experience at Rafalias Mansion was EXCEPTIONAL! Andreas was an amazing host, and the property was stunning. I wish I could have stayed longer - but I'll be back!
The house is just 5 minutes by boat from Hydra main port. If you don't like the bustle and hustle of Hydra this place gives you a perfect retreat from the noise but still quite convenient to reach all the attraction sites by enjoyable walk, either along the sea side or through the alleys of tranquil and quaint mountain village.
Hydra is an oasis from modern life and Rafalia's Mansion is an oasis within Hydra. In short we loved it, the beautiful garden and quirky and luxurious rooms which had everything we needed for our stay, even snokelling equipment which we did not expect.
