Stefanos has welcomed us to the villa. He was very friendly and explained the house rules which were very reasonable.
The pool is big and there was plenty of space for the 7 of us swimming/relaxing in it. It was so good to be able to have a little swim before we headed out to the beach/sightseeing and in the evening when we have returned.
All rooms have air-con which is a must in August.
There was a washing machine (we had detergent provided)
Stefanos was tending to the pool and garden always being respectful of our privacy.
We had a cleaning service in the middle of our stay which was a really nice touch and made our stay feeling even more luxurious - like in the hotel we had our bedding and all towels changed.

Perfect place, clean an well maintained, with everything one may need. We loved the house, it has beautiful furniture, I guess custom made, convenient parking, outdoor furniture along with lovely cat. There is also excellent restraurant with excellent food. And the owners - even though we were not able to give exact arrival time they waited for us. Thank you both!

The property is newly built & modern in design & layout. Plenty of space for most travelling families. It’s well lit externally, making it easy to find for the first time. The bathroom facilities are perfectly thought out

Beautiful villa. Very well equipped. Very comfortable and secure. Gorgeous pool and outdoor seating/bbq areas. Bakery and taverna short walk away. Lovely personal welcome on arrival with stocked fridge.
Loved this villa. Had a fabulous stay, good location, mini-market, bakery and taverna in the village just a short walk away, Maraciabo Restaurant a short drive (or 20ish min walk) - all excellent. A selection of food and wine on arrival an added bonus.
Villa was very spacious, and well equiped. Pool was clean and lovely to dip into after a long day. Patio area had a barbecue. Villa Theta is in a remote location so car is a must. There is a great bakery, taverna and mini-market located 2 minutes away by foot. Host was very responsive. We've had great time there.
The Gold villa was amazing. So much attention to detail in the styling, decor and a high quality finish throughout. Plenty of outside space including a large balcony terrace as well as the breathtaking downstairs patio and pool area, with the addition of an indoor jacuzzi and shower room. 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suites, a large and stylish kitchen/diner and a comfortable and homely tv lounge ensure this property has absolutely everything you need for a luxuriously comfortable and relaxing stay.

The villa was beautiful and clean. Some fruits and snacks were provided when we arrived which was nice. The pool was cleaned for us during our stay and all necessary extras were provided (towels etc.). The villa location was great, quiet but also close to towns and shops for groceries. Big parking space at the back of the villa was great and we could easily fit both our cars there. Communication between the villa hosts was easy and they responded very quickly to any questions/concerns we had.
The accommodation was very roomy, the outside areas were great for catching the sun. The house is very well equipped. I like having an upstairs and downstairs toilet.
Lots of interesting places to visit and eat in the wider area. Tavernas, bakeries and a mini market in the village
The view from the villa is amazing, the location is great and just as we expected.
The hospitality experience started even earlier when they helped us with car rental and check in to the villas in the middle of the night. The communication with Dimitra and Giorgos the owner was great and they were very helpful
Everything. The place was amazing. Great Aircon’s, beautiful private pool, surrounded by olive trees. We where greeted with an assortment of local snacks. Cake, biscuits, honey, fresh fruit etc even a cold beer in the fridge. All the little extras the host added made this place special. You do need a car but there is a small store and tavern(restaurant) 100m away. Fantastic restaurants on the water only a 6mon drive.
Beautiful relaxing private villa with a very lovely pool and shaded area to sit and enjoy.
