The host, both gracious and engaging, ensured that my stay was accommodating. The small but surprisingly deep pool offered a nice retreat to unwind while enjoying the unfolding view. The two floor villa encapsulates within its compact space a comprehensive array of the amenities needed for a memorable vacation.

Fantastic location. 90 seconds walk to the beac. Next door to a very good restaurant and very close to many others. Host was super helpful and easily available as he lives next door. He even washed our car when we just asked to borrow a hose. Beds were very comfortable, which is not always the case in other places we have stayed. Also, if you like a sandy beach, this place is as close as you will get.

Well equipped. Nice restaurants are within 200 meters. It's in a nice area, busy parts of the town are further away. The owner was super nice, well prepared to welcome guests. Smaller shops were nearby, but supermarkets can be found within 10 mins driving by car.

This is actually one of the best accommodations that we ever had ! Has got 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, one of them had a Bosch washing machine. Has got 3 air conditioner units very useful in summer but in winter, too, being revers cycle. Has got a wonderful swimming pool, sheltered from the sun in the evening, but heated by the sun all day. Has got a spa, but we didn`t use it. Has got a big barbeque, you can buy wood or charcoal from the big supermarkets in Chania. Accommodation is very quite, safe, there is a fence all around the house, CCTV, alarm system. Everything looks like brand new ! There are 2 parking spots right in front of the villa ! Everything is walking distance : supermarket 2 minutes, beach 5 minutes (Haris place across the street has got the best spot with no rocks in the water, free sunbeds. free umbrellas and divine cocktails at the bar).

Villa Katerina was a perfect choice for our holiday in Crete. It was spacious enough for our group of 7 adults. This place has basically everything that you might need for your quality stay. Last but not least Vasilis & Katerina were amazing hosts! They provided us help by arranging airport transfer to the villa for us and helped us with finding a rental with great discount! This is an extremely clean and modern spacious villa with beautiful views of the sunrise and sun set each day. It is very good value for money with lots of room for a family to enjoy a perfect stay. Staff were extremely helpful too and always on hand to assist if needs be.
