Very clean and nicely renovated home. Xanthoula was very friendly and helpful. Kitchen nicely equipped. Lots of greenery on the road side of the veranda to provide privacy and shade. Some noise from the road from people and some cars passing by. But it was nice to watch and no problem at bedtime as traffic became very rare and the closed window allowed a good night's rest.

Stayed at Chálari with my family for 5 days. Location was perfect! 5 minutes by car from Christos (the coolest village in the whole island). Very close to the best beaches, restaurants and vineyards. The apartment has everything you might need. The owners were the friendliest short term 'landlords' we ever had. The view and the outside area were like a dream. Would recommend this place to everyone.

My husband and I stayed in a large unit (Eliana I think) with a separate bedroom and large living area with full kitchen. Which was extremely helpful as my husband had to work odd hours remotely and there was plenty of room so I wasn't woken.
Our two children stayed in a smaller villa, which backed onto ours, (no internal access, it is rented separately). They had combined kitchen bedroom room, and separate bathroom. Daughter slept in the large bed, son was very comfortable on the roomy couch bed.
The units were indeed airy. They were calm clean and I felt very very relaxed there. It was easy living.
Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Bathrooms lovely. Everything was so clean. Kitchens were well kitted out, full stove and fridge.
We enjoyed walking down to Christos Raches in the mornings and evenings.
I have had some lovely experiences and met some lovely people while staying in Ikaria, but for blissful physical comfort this was my favourite accommodation.

Good people who own property. Very kind and service was very good. Awesome views and location. The Villa was a stone built home which we absolutely loved.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
The room was more than enough to cover our needs, having a decent little kitchenette and a proper bathroom. The place was super clean and the host was very kind and helpful. What is more, the location was great, centrally in a touristic but calm village.
I would totally recommend this place and the rooms.
The value at Hotel Rena is exceptional. Frequent cleaning, a lovely balcony, a nice size bathroom, and powerful air conditioning. The hosts are very sweet (English is limited so be prepared to use Google Translate) and will help you with anything you might need. Therma is the perfect little village and the beach is a couple of minutes walk away so you can always run back to the room if you need something. I visited another island and immediately came back and rebooked at Hotel Rena—I felt very at home there!
The host and housekeeping staff were friendly and happy to help. The host even stayed up until 1am due to my late arrival. Ended up extending my stay by another 4 nights. Location is excellent in a quite little village on the island. Can not wait to go back
The property has a perfect location in the heart of the Therma village near Agios. (20 minutes walk to Agios, 2 mins walk to the beach and 2 mins to the hot springs).
The host is adorable, really helpful and kind.
He made my stay better in any way. I was able to rent a car directly at the property to go around the island. I had the best time.
The bed was king size, and the room was good for a single person. It was very quiet but I was there in the low season (November). It was very close to the spa center and the village bakery is just opposite the house.
Incredíble view of bay & village, the coastline beyond, distant islands. Fantastic sunrise. GREAT balcony (only some rooms--ours did.) Sweet patio with wonderful view, cables & chairs --social or solitary as desired. Three different hot springs locations just a few steps away. Excellent swimming entry right from hotel. Many cafés and a few shops just a few feet away. Fins and snorkle rental available, although we brought our own. Wonderfully friendly and helpful owner. This place is an incredible treasure.

The location was ideal for the thermal spas, the bus to the next village. The room had a large balcony and was spacious. We booked an upgrade room. Felt cared for without intrusion. Even little things like supplying plastic bags to take to the beach for our swim shoes. A little rack for drying washing. Wi Fi was excellent and easy to log in. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as cafes close by.
The view from my room no:123 was on the top floor and the views were absolutely spectacular. Location was central to village square. My room was clean and comfortable.
Breathtaking views, great location while retaining unique level of privacy even with neighboring villas. They let us stay an extra 5 hours after checkout. Great value for money, villa could easily charge much more than it does.
