Property was in an amazing spot- a beautiful beach 5 mins away (downhill) and between two good restaurants. We were initially worried it may be a little noisy but we didn’t hear a thing! Three great large bedrooms- a beautiful balcony and perhaps the winner A rooftop! It has some of the most amazing views!
The beauty is- it’s in the heart of the action too and very relaxing.
Staff were also very helpful answered all our questions, helped organise transport and were even waiting for us at the house after our late ferry.

The location is perfect, its just 50m near the seaside. It has the best beach in the island in my opinion where the house takes place in. Great location halfway between Agia Marina and Alinda. Very walkable to both locations and an infrequent bus travels by and stops at the cafe restaurant next door. The apartment is big and very clean. Lots of lounging space. Comfortable bed. Great AC. Compact kitchen. Ask about the washing machine which is at the back of the other house onsight.

It was a great pleasure staying at Villa Bella Leros. From the moment we arrived, we impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The owner Marios was very kind to us.
SeaScape Khritoni is located just across the road from the beach, what represent a really good location if you stay for the summer vacations. There is also a nice terrace on the roof, where you can hang the laudry. Nearest village- Agia Marina is just 10 minutes walk away and there is also lot of other options to visit, just by foot.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was simple but large. The value of money is quite high. If you want luxury, this is not the right place but if you spend your day out and come back just sleeping in a well-ventilated cool room without using AC in June and pay a reasonable amount, this is the place. It has a nice garden and a parking area.
Marios is a gentleman and he came to port to welcome us and be our accompany to the hotel. He gave us an information about the island and recommend us beautiful places. Villa Bella has a spectacular view of Agia Marina and you just want to stay there forever! Second day we came to our room and it was as clean and tidy as the time we checked in! Villa bella is not a hotel, it is home to us in Breathtaking Leros❤️

The hotel / room was very clean and comfortable, has good working air condition, and offers a small kitchen. The view from the room and the balcony was so good, so you just want to spend your day there.
Our host was always helpful even before we came to Leros and kept helping us reaching to hotel and during our stay in Leros.
We are very happy and would definitely stay here again when we came back to Leros.
