The owner was very nice and friendly, the location and property is perfect for groups who want to spend good time at the poole 🥳 Amazing view from the terrace

Everything was fantastic! The beautiful, almost new villa with beautiful furnishings and everything very clean. The central location on the island and a supermarket nearby. The privacy of the lovely garden with private swimming pool. Everything shows the loving commitment of the owners Maria and Christos, from reception to departure. That makes the stay most special! Thanks for that! And yes: you sometimes hear dogs, music or the road, but also many cheerful birds in the garden! For us, Greece does not equal silence, so that was allright too.

An absolute gem! ✨️ The villa is amazing, best location, comfy beds, air-conditioners in every room, beautiful yard, location is 20 min by car to the main town- Kerkira and 20 min by car to the most beautiful beaches of Paleokastritsa. There are lovely greek taverns located close to the villa. Our group totally enjoyed the 1 week stay and we were really sad to leave. Spiros was the most welcoming host and has answered all our questions, he is amazing! We cannot wait to visit Corfu and the house again! ❤️

I had the pleasure of spending a night at Matt's rural location, and it was an incredible experience. This place truly had everything I could have asked for, especially for nature lovers like myself, with an abundance of wildlife to enjoy. The rural location itself was a hidden gem. Surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, it offered a peaceful and serene environment. The tranquil atmosphere provided the perfect escape from the noise and busyness of city life, allowing me to fully immerse myself in nature. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible wildlife. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a diverse array of creatures that called this place home. Birds of various species soared through the sky, their melodies creating a symphony of nature. The opportunity to witness and interact with such wildlife was truly remarkable. I spent hours observing birds in their natural habitat, capturing their beauty through my camera lens. It was a true haven for wildlife enthusiasts and photographers alike. Additionally, the accommodations provided by Matt were comfortable and well-equipped. The cozy lodging blended seamlessly with the natural surroundings, allowing me to feel at one with nature. The amenities provided were thoughtful and practical, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Matt himself was a gracious and knowledgeable host. He shared fascinating insights about the local wildlife and provided guidance on the best spots to observe and appreciate nature. Amazing villa with stunning view. The pool is well maintained, clean and so great for all day in or a dip after a day out. Big and equipped with all needed. Close to beautiful beaches and towns. Quiet and peaceful vacation.

Sometimes the best holiday memories are of the country , or the place you stayed or the people you met . With Corfu , Riza Stone Cottage & the lovely Vassos , we had the benefit of all three . We cannot possibly improve on the previous marvellous reviews except to say that they were all justified . A few practical tips ; Check with Vassos about car hire , taxis and excursions before you go on line . You will not go wrong . Turn right out of the drive & walk 10 mins to Linda's ( from Halifax ) supermarket and then right again to walk uphill for 5 mins to Spiros 97 taverna ( ask to sit upstairs ) . Turn left out of the drive & walk 5 mins to the green line bus stop for the bus from Ermones to Corfu town . 2 euros & 30 mins Finally . Thank you Vassos for being the warm , kind person that you are . We were sorry to leave and when we left , it felt like saying goodbye to a dear friend . Wade & Anita

Spacious apartment with beautiful interior, perfect for large groups. The host was very friendly and helpful, responded to our inquiries and suggested places to visit. Definitely recommend!

Very peaceful place and gorgeous forniture in the house. Near the city center and some of the most beautiful beach of the island.

The property was super modern had every facility possible , so comfortable

We were a bit afraid at first because the property seemed new and it had only a few reviews. However, the accommodation looks even better in reality than in the pictures. We had everything we needed there - hairdryer, washing machine and a lot of other things. Plus, the host was really kind and left us some bottles of water in the fridge. All in all, it was excellent. I highly recommend it.
