Perfect location, right in the center of Worthing, within seconds you are in the middle of plenty of take away's cafe's restaturants and the shops etc, nice sized rooms, TV downstairs and upstairs with all the channels, great kitchen including an air fryer, microwave and washing machine, everything you need for a great stay. Lovely patio garden with table and chairs and a great sun trap and only 150 metres to Worthing seafront, and a 10 minute walk to Worthing railway station for those days out. Free parking and Shannon the host was very quick to reply to any questions and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you for a great stay.

The place is exactly as seen in the photos. The location is fantastic with a seaview terrace. Lovely area with loads of pretty coffee shops having ample choice for breakfast and many restaurants too. The beach is literally across the road with a promenade great for a walk or a jog. Andy was also very helpful and his response to our queries were practically immediate. We also visited Brighton, Goodwood and Portsmouth all within easy distance to Worthing.

It was a lovely quiet location just a few moments in the car away from family that we were visiting. We know the area very well and chose it especially. The hosts were on hand should we have needed them which we did not because everything worked just fine. We would stay again in a flash next time we are in England.
