Lovely location. So much better than a hotel. Quiet at night and only 15 minutes from Totnes, pretty much a straight shot too. Beds were so comfy, great tele, well equipped kitchen, and the third floor bedroom with it’s ensuite is just luxurious. We are coming back.

This was an absolutely perfect location for an inter-generational family holiday (six of us). The cottage is well-designed and equipped with everything we needed. The views across the rolling Devon farmlands were stunning and we loved listening to the nearby stream running past our windows. It is well located for outings to Dartmouth, Paignton and Torquay and despite inclement weather at times we were able to enjoy a walk across the farmlands and outside play for the children. Our hosts Martyn and Catherine made us feel very welcome.

We had a lovely stay. I enjoyed the art work which was all of a style - naive/folk art-it was in-keeping with the setting - birds, butterflies, flowers ect and professionally done. Enjoyed the log-burner which made up for some bad weather. The owner was very helpful and that was much appreciated, eg, when I left a bag behind. It was all handled very smoothly and I was happy to have it back through the post in a few days
