Everything. The location was amazing, and the views from the front garden were stunning. The accommodation was a home from home. Very comfortable beds and clean linen and spare linen if needed. Having a child with us the advantage of having a second tv was spot on. In the village, there is a Spar shop, a Chinese takeaway, and a chip shop that sells the best fish and chips I've ever tasted. The people in the village are all so friendly and welcoming, and the local cats all pay a visit now and again, especially the 3-legged one.
The staff were all very friendly and chatty, the hotel was clean and comfortable., food in the bar was great but adviseable to book.. the village was quiet, extremely clean and well kept. The scenery is amazing.
We loved this village it’s a wonderful place to stay. The property is well located in the centre of the town. It’s quiet. The staff are friendly. The room looked over the village to the ocean. The room was comfortable and clean.
The food was excellent. Our stay was comfortable, clean and uncomplicated. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The village and the coast line are really interesting.
A weekend escape to enjoy the coast! we've found everything that we needed.
Staff friendly and helpful. Cosy room, good value. Beautiful and peaceful views to the village and sea from our room, probably the best of the stay.
Good option for dinner, tasty and good value.
I loved the hotel - very Victorian and well situated in the village. Their menu was excellent PLUS there was the option of the famous chipper opposite. The hosts were great.
Everything! Lovely cosy room, comfy big bed, great food and service, lovely little restaurant and also proper cosy wee fun bar too with fire, darts and pool, and the Scotland Ireland Rugby on a big screen for the game, great draft cider with clean pipes- a particular bugbear of mine if not clean, friendly and attentive staff. A hidden gem in a magic little fishing village.
