Our second stay at this lovely house, has everything you need for a relaxing weekend. excellent fish and chips takeaway just up the road is a nice convenience. A few minutes drive into Grantham town centre and located within 30 -45 mins of other nearby towns such as Sleaford and Spalding.

Nicely appointed clean rooms, excellent washing machine, we arrived late on check in day, the tea bags were very much appreciated for a cuppa before venturing to the store.

Property is set on land with another house next door. Lots of parking space, massive garden and seating area. Property is huge inside with cinema/games room in basement. If you are looking for a perfect stag/hen party house, this is the one. Big thanks to Dave who has been in contact regularly and helped change the booking arrangements to add another guest, with no bother. Photos do not do it justice!!
